What happened to Angle?

He looks like an X-Division wrestler. He looks to have lost 20-30 pounds over the past 6 months.

I agree, he seems to have lost a LOT of weight. I don't know if it is injury related or something worse but it is very noticeable.

I think he wants to do MMA and has been dropping weight for that reason.

Can't work out? Is this due to his latest neck injury?

No athletic commission in their right mind would sanction Angle to compete in an MMA bout. Guy's neck is spaghetti at this point.

Yup, he's in bad shape from the accounts I've read. Dude must've been on some heavy duty mega dosage pain meds to get through that match Sunday. Or maybe not because I could tell he was in bad pain.

fwiw, UFC offered him six figures before he decided on TNA. If he turned that down two years ago, he never had any serious intention of doing MMA.

Yeah, a couple of months ago he looked smaller, but in great shape. But at the PPV he was a stick.

He probably isn't gonna wrestle much longer. I read he wants to get into acting when he's done. Maybe that's it.
