    7/25 Smackdown

Does WWE even know what their doing? The Great Khali is now the #1 contender. It would have made more sense for almost anyone else in that battle royal to be #1 contender. Where could they possibly be going with a HHH/Khali feud?

I expect that it won't really be much of a 'feud'. I think that they wanted someone to job to HHH at SummerSlam and in their eyes every other guy in the battle royal would take a hit by doing so. Khali on the other hand has nothing to lose, as he is going nowhere and he won't be any smaller after the loss. That being said, I anticipate a terribly boring match from the two of them. Although they've wrestled countless times, I would much rather have seen Umaga/HHH as at least the big Samoan can work...

HHH has lost his mind. He either thinks he has to "one-up" Taker and Cena, or he's trying be Ric Flair and carry Khali (standing in for El Gigante) to something passable. The match will suck, BUT Cena/Batista (just a guess) and Taker/Edge will be the top matches and that makes me breathe easier. Those two will be f'n epic. Still, they could've went with anyone else since we know Khali ain't winning anyway. Khali is no draw and he's lost to everyone before his vacation. I just hope this isn't the place where they swerve us.

I have no problem with H-Khali, because it isn't going to be booked as the SD main event. Edge-Taker will. And every match they've been in this year has been greatness.

Plus, depending on how the card unfolds, MVP vs. Jeff Hardy & Kennedy vs. Umaga are possibilities. H-Khali will just be an eight minute piss break
