I agree with you to some extent. I mean after they broke up him and Murdoch didn't he kinda disappear for awhile? Then all of a sudden he's Y2J's boy. I thought he had a lot of potential. Maybe I'm overreacting but I don't think they used the HBK mentor thing as well as they could have. It would have been cool if THE Kendrick was involved too. Then bring in Diesel to counter Ezekiel..... Sorry I'm in fantasy booking mode lol.

But on a more serious note, if he did not have a seizure disorder then he must have done a ****load of coke and drank a lot. I know King Meltzer has the same story but something still doesn't feel right to me. Also, I just read that he was taking indy bookings the day after he was let go.

I could be wrong, but maybe everyone was on a tight leash after the Jeff Hardy incident. They couldn't fire Hardy, but nobody would really miss Lance Cade.

I just read another source that said it was a prescription pill overdose. Because it was in public and he could have died, they felt a simple Wellness violation was soft.

Maybe they wanted to make an example out of him. After all the **** Jeff Hardy has gotten away with, a lot of the wrestlers probably felt like the WWE would take a lot of ****. What better way to make an example then give a mid carder a huge push, and then have to fire him.
