The following are highlights from a WWE.com interview with Triple H:
- Thought his match with Booker T at WrestleMania was good. He also says that regardless of what just about every internet fan said, he does not think his match with Booker made the five-time WCW champion look weak.
- Triple H put over Kurt Angle for taking the risk at Mania.
- Triple H said Goldberg could do well but WWE is much harder than WCW. He also said that it will take a lot more to get over in WWE, because there's not a 300-guy roster that can be sacrificed for Goldberg to have a streak.
- Said not to worry about others, but to worry about oneself when feeling you should be pushed. And, to work hard to get the fans behind you.
- Briefly said that the incident with Goldberg at the convention was all Goldberg's fault as he started yelling obscenities at HHH for no reason.
- Feels that he and Goldberg don't have to be friends, as long as they can work together.
- Triple H uses reverse psychology to say that he has no reason to hold guys back because it'd only hurt his own paycheck (that's a good point, but HHH doesn't completely follow that philosophy).
- Touches on the Austin/injury issue by saying he'd love to work with him again, but right now is fearing that no one will ever get to work with him in the ring again. He says that no one really knows if Austin will wrestle again, but it's up to Steve and his doctors.
