I don't understand why this isn't in Raw vs Smackdown yet...

So I purchased Raw vs Smackdown 2009 the other day. I love the CAW, the realism, everything. The game looks amazing. So I remember that I was fighting Jeff Hardy with my CAW in a TLC match. I'm beating the hell out of Hardy and he's sapped. So I decide to get a table and position it correctly in the ring. I take Hardy to the corner and I start up a Superplex off of the top rope with the table in perfect position. I'm really jacked up at this moment. So my CAW starts the Superplex and I'm thinking that Hardy will be plexed through the table, well I was WRONG!!! The table doesn't do anything and stays proped up. I was pissed. It's been years since they've had tables and you STILL can't put people through tables without having to access some special table situational move, set them on the table, or some BS? Another time, I had a table setup outside perfectly and I superplexed a guy off of the ladder to the outside of the ring, I thought the guy was gonna go crashing thru the table. WRONG!!! The table just moved a little and nothing happened. At this point, will someone please tell me if you can in fact do stuff like this. If you can't, IMO, that is complete BS. These guys are on next gen and still can't do stuff like this yet? If I remember correctly on RAW 2 on XBOX they were doing things like this.

Moves through the tables are done with your opponent leaning against the table.

You're not understanding what I'm saying. I don't want to do moves through a table through some table situational move like that. I know you can do that. I'm talking about spontaneous type of moves, for example, there just happens to be a table proped up in the ring and positioned perfectly. I decide that I want to do an RKO off of the top rope through that table that just happens to be there. I can't do that right now because there's no special animation/table situational move attached to that. I'm talking about doing regular moves through tables without having to throw the wrestler into the table and then access some type of special table move. I just wanna put people through tables with regular moves. Do you understand what I'm saying now?

Yup Raw 2 had that and so did the GC games, one of them at least,I remember trying to do the 3D through a table one on the GC,eventually got it but it was really, really, really difficult.

You don't even get to stand on the table and do moves through it anymore like the old SD games. That's just one of the ways it's gone backwards.

I've done many hardcore matches for my show (see sig), so I've tried several different scenarios, and I completely understand what the OP's saying. Hit detection on tables should be improved one hundred fold.

For example, I've tried spots involving superplexes off of ladders through flaming tables AND the ringside announce tables, and none worked, the opponent simply bounces off or the table inexplicably moves its position on the floor as if the person receiving the move simply ran into it. As a wise man once said..."wassupwitdat?!"

A new physics/collision engine will do this game wonders.

Know what else, why don't we have more tables and be able to stack them? It was doable on PS2 (bit of help from a cheat device) it's sure as hell doable on the 360!
