LOW questions

Finally got my hands on the game today and am having a blast so far. I do have a few questions for you guys, though:

1. What difficulty do you guys play on and what slider adjustments have you made?

2. What are some good CAW sites?

3. Where can I get the entrance themes that aren't in the game?

4. For a CAW, could I assign him any song I'd like for his entrace? Say, I make a guy and wanted to have him come out to "Enter Sandman" (gee, wonder who that would be, lol) as long as it's ripped to my HDD?

I find Low to be a crappy game to tell you the truth. Svr 09 is way better then that.
