CAW points are too hard to get. The levels seem to progress fine but getting the actual points to put into them is tedious. Guess I'll try RtWM with a 40 something rated CAW.

It was great when a code could be tossed in and that was it. I used to fill all 30 slots,now there's 50 slots and it's a pain to make 1.

You're not allowed to use the words damn (so no Ron Simmons),candyass (there goes a catchphrase for The Rock) or title/titles in your created story if you're sharing it online.

I completed the Mickie James RTWM last night. Pretty good story.

I've noticed that there were alot more cheat codes last year and ones that included getting your CAW up to 90 right away which would be nice to fill in your CAW slots. This version only has 2 that I've found for the Rock and backstage stuff. Do more cheats become available by THQ as time progresses or is 2 all we get? Were all those cheats for SVR 09 available right away? I don't have the time or patience to build up all my CAW's.

Since I haven't played a wrestling game in a few years (LOW doesn't really count as it was aimed at 6 year olds), I'm still having a blast doing exhibition matches with the different match types. Most of my cage matches last over 20 minutes with lots of blood and I had an epic regular match with Rock\Austin that lasted 22 minutes had several finishers and lots of close 2 counts and blood. I ended up losing but never been so happy doing it. I don't know how good SVR09 was last year with the wrestling itself but I find it amazing this year and something that seems to be overlooked because of all the other stuff that's been added.

Quick question, when downloading a CAW story. Do you get to use your own CAW or the one that the user creates in the story?

I have a question about the R2 block. Do I need to hold it, tap it once, or keep tapping it when it comes up on the screen?

I have more success by tapping it but who knows.....

Also I have a new set posted in the slider thread, its harder but they should work on all levels, start of at normal then change as you get better at reversing....Reversing is what this game is build on, your not going to get Fire Pro Wrestling matches against the AI with this game....The engine wont let you

I noticed the same thing. If I have early momentum in a match and hit a finisher, its over on 2-3 minutes, but I can kick out of alot if things myself.

I wonder if the method to get longer matches, would be to put momentum to slow and lower the damage of the finishers?

That way the build up would be slower to the finishers, and could still be a chance of kickouts here and there.

I tested by placing the game on legend and making finisher damage to max and let the AI beat me up...I kicked out of EVERY finisher.....Since then I put the pin system to original and now I actually can lose a match...

EDIT- And I just had the Undertaker kick out of the GTS on a 2count with normal diff using my sliders and the original pin system....Undertaker is a 96 so maybe thats why but either way Im not using the new pin sysem anymore lol

EDIT- Taker did the "raise up" thingy he's known for after I hit another Sig then GTS combo, he has 3 finisher's know! Normal is too easy for me, it looks like Hard will be the happy medium as Legend may be too hard for most...

I need a new co-op game to play with my brother, Madden is getting stale, and this looks like it can keep us entertained for months.
