There's no way to properly prep for that type of life.
I'll put it this way. I was USMC infantry. The military did all it could (within reason) to prepare people for deployments - yet look how it effects a ton of those that come back. Some could live like that (deployment lifestyle) 24/7 while others, who have the same preparation, can be over there for a month and be horribly scarred even though they have done the same training and have seen the same things over wherever they were. I'm going to generalize this statement a bit, and I will concede that there will always be outliers, but teenagers and those in their very early 20s are normally not mature enough to handle life on the road and everything that comes with it - especially famous people at those ages. As we age, our experiences shift our focus and priorities. I'd love to say I haven't changed, but (current) 25-year old me hates college me. At least, hates the way I looked at everything then.
I will agree that skill-wise, there's no question in my mind she's ready. She comes from a wrestling family and has been wrestling since the age of 14 at shows.
