Should WWE NXT be included somehow in Smackdown vs. Raw 2011?

I personally think it could work well with the CAW feature. What does everyone else think?

My initial vote was going to be dear God no. But you mentioned caw mode and I have to say that it would be a good caw development feature/storyline. I took off my smark glasses long enough to see the good potential in this for the next game. haha

I said the same thing. But then I thought how they did a Road To Wrestlemania for a CAW. So what if they instead brought in a storyline for your CAW much like season but working your way on NXT to try to make it onto the big brands. Have you wrestling other rookies or vets. And just use that slot of RTW for the CAW. I'd enjoy it since it's going to be a part of real wrestling.

That Elimination Chamber match would have been epic and ultimately more satisfying if I didn't have to win it dressed like a chicken.

I think it could be good for a new type of long, multi-year career mode itself, not as a RTWM scenario. Imagine how immersive the experience may become as you follow your wrestler through NXT and into the WWE title picture? Add some RPG elements and there you go...of course, this may have all been done before in games like Day of Reckoning 1/2 and Wrestlemania 21, but I think the NXT idea may be a good springboard for an interesting story.

It'll start by working your way through a competition with 7-8 generic but realistic and believable characters as opponents, making a "pesky rival" that follows you throughout your career (like in Fable or Fight Night), then through all the card hierarchy and into the WWE/WHC picture, finding diva love, crooked tag partners, discovering the true evil of the "Mr. McMahon" character and enduring a lot of locker-room drama along the way. We can call it "Mass Effect In A Wrestling Ring".

Of course, we all know THQ/Yukes realistically won't be up for any of this, so throw this idea out the window.

Would be great to see some drama similar to Miz's and Daniel Bryan's situation if NXT was included in the next game.

Truthfully, Im all for a realistic "ease" into an improved career mode and NXT, love it or hate it is an awesome way to create a superstar, build some stats/ratings, and enter the WWE. Like after NXT, you get drafted,etc.

I am only a casual watcher of NXT(watched twice) but it would be foolish of the developers not to include it in the game.

I haven't took a look at this show yet. But I am sure it might be nice for caw mod. But would it be nice to add into sd vs raw11?? The answer that is no it wouldn't because there is more pressing needs in sd vs raw then adding this. Yukes has to many problems that need to be fixed in their game already. Adding this would just add to the ever so growing problems they need to address right now.
