Sad thing is rumors were the Colons were in line for a push over summer.

I never minded Carlito, but I won't miss him either. He's one of those guys who never seemed to give that extra effort. It's hard to believe just four years ago many thought he had a very bright future with the company as at least an upper-midcarder

I wouldn't be surprised if part of this was pre-meditated by Carlito. He's been with the company long enough to know how the Wellness Policy works...and there's been many rumors over the years about him wanting out.

I heard the same thing. The Colon brothers were going to get a push as a heel tag team and be top competition for the Hart Dynasty,

Hopefully, both the Dudebusters (Croft/Barreta) and the American Psychos (Archer/Hawkins) will get some TV time now. I like both of those teams a lot, especially the latter, who should get a permanent spot now that the Colons are toast.

I miss having actual tag teams competing for the tag team titles. The Attitude era is what honestly killed tag team wrestling in the WWE in my opinion. Too many big name singles wrestlers teaming up just for the hell of it.

Well, we already know he knows how to fall down a lot, I just don't think the pansy could take a real bump though.

He hasn't been on NXT in like 3 weeks, that would explain why and yes his rookie has been eliminated. It was Tarver.

He must have grabbed the apple and spit in the face of the rehab assignment because it was not cool.

I loved tag team wrestling in the Attitude Era (but that was the era that got me hooked on wrestling so there's my bias). There were some great teams in the attitude era including Edge & Christian (my favorite tag-team of all time), The New Age Outlawz, The Hardy Boyz, The Dudley Boys, The APA, Too Cool, WGTT, etc. I even liked the "big names thrown together" occasionally like Rock N Sock, 2 Man Power Trip, Bros. of Destruction, Big Show and Taker, etc. Not to mention there were plenty of factions (that could have held the belts) like Right to Censor, the Nation, the Corporation, the Radicalz, the Brood, etc. I just felt there was a great mix of factions, "real" tag teams, enemies forced to team up, and big names thrown together. The belts were constantly in play and really meant something. I loved the variety in the tag division at the time.

He was a decent wrestler. But that is the way of the business. He didn't follow the company rules and trying to keep himself healthy. So he paid for by losing his job.
