    An interview with the Miz

Being from Cleveland, what were your thoughts on LeBron James?

It makes my stomach turn to what he did to us. I live in Los Angeles now but I am from Cleveland and I am a big sports fan. The Cavaliers, Browns and the Indians are all my teams and LeBron left us. So all we have now is Mo Williams. Gee, thanks.

At least he gets to be the one to bring Cleveland a world title now.

I like the Miz attitude and all. But for all the guys who has cashed in the money in the bank in the past has won the title. But I got the feeling someone might stop Miz from winning it this time around. I think the storyline will have him coming out at one of the PPVs later and cashing in after a match and all of a sudden out of no where someone helps out the guy who has the title already and will make the Miz loss his one chance at the title.

Well, I see it this way. They have been doing some heavy foreshadowing with the Miz as of late. I mean, hes the only dude to "take people out" and guarentee a victory at MITB, then he did it. If I recall correctly, after fatal 4 way, The Miz cut a promo against Randy Orton saying "its my time, time for someone else to get a shot".

With that being said, I see Randy Orton beating sheamus, and then The Miz cash it in on Orton. Then we will have one heck of a battle between the 2 for the Title. Imagine the arena after Orton beats Shemus? Its going to go crazy, then imagine the heat when the Miz pops out, hits orton over the head with the briefcase and takes the title away.

i just dont see it with the miz , why is the wwe trying to push him. He's ok, but i think he still has a ways to go before being a main eventer or A list wrestler. And his gimmick Im the Miz and im awsome, weak to me. I guess i will always think of him as the guy on the Mtv shows.

I feel you to an extent Urlacher. The Miz has improved by miles and miles, but lately his serious, angry promos have been terrible. He doesn't have that side to him IMO and it seems awkwardly forced, though I do beleive the one after MITB was from the hear, and I can't really get behind it.

He's been on fire lately, but needs to calm down with his personality a bit and keep being the Miz that was arguing with Danielson and cutting promos with Show. He's deifnitely on the brink of being a main-event heel though, especially on Smackdown if they opted to move him there. He is too small and ordinary looking to be a RAW top guy to be honest.

I like the Miz (to my young son's-who still see wrestling in terms of good guy/bad guy-chagrin) a lot, a lot of it has to do with me a being a fan of his from Real World days and hoping he actually became a wrestler. I think he's come a long way and is just about ready for main event status, I think he's a great obnoxious heel.
              PS: You guys are great.

yeah thats the thing, my wife is like a nut about all the reality shows. she is into the kardashians and all that other crap thats on E! and whatnot. we started watching wrestling back in January after my sister stayed with us, her husband and step son are crazy about it, so we watched a few episodes and my wife is like thats the dude from the Real World. After watching for a few weeks we "picked our favorite wrestlers" she went with the Miz, and me, trying to not be a homer and pick one of the top people, I went with John Morrison. I thought he was cool.

As time went on, Morrison got injured was out, and I started taking note of what the Miz had been doing. Pretty much in the last 3 months, the dude won me over and now hes just hands down my favorite wrestler. Like I always say on here, I was nuts about the Rock back in 99/2000 when I was living in the barracks and all my friends got me into it. Then right about the time the wcw/wwe thing went down, I got married and moved on until now. All I can say is that The Miz is the only dude I look at even remotely close to how I looked at the Rock back in the day.

I know the Rock is the Rock and he was just a special situation and he wont be replaced, but I think the Miz can get to that next level and be a really big wwe star.

I went to WWE shop earlier (I don't even remember why ) and his shirt is the #4 best seller so all the recent stuff must be going over well. Nexus' shirt is #1.
