    Does targeting body parts matter?

Now I am going based on SvR 10 for my experience, but wondering how much it matters for 11.

I used CAWs from the 80s and will do so when I start my universe. Lets take Greg "The Hammer" Valentine. His finisher for a lot of his career was the figure 4 leg lock.

Now using a version made by a user last year I would try and finish with this move when I could. I didn't use him a lot, but enough times to notice some things.

I would use whatever moves I could find that worked on the legs. Then pull those manuevers off as much as I could. Even where at times you would hammer throw them and they fall down holding the leg. Then either try and use the finisher when it came up. Or hit the piledriver finisher the first time and work some more. Then either pull the move off using the analog stick or building to a 2nd finisher.

Most of the time though, even with his submission skill built up. The opponent would break the move. I know that you can see marks on the back or chest after some time or as mentioned wrestlers falling holding their leg. However does it really matter or just overall damage that determines the win?

Its a new version(although a lot is still just carried over) so maybe it different this year. With being able to edit stats, damage can be greatly reduced by lowering numbers. So I wonder if a strategy to target areas pays off or if its just a damage game no matter how you want to win.
    The Golf Club created courses:

    Full version release June 2016

Challenging course without the cheap gimmicks.

I've wondered the same thing. There are no indicators as to what body part is affected. It's just a momentum bar.
