Same. First Smackdown I've watched in full since I got back into wrestling in Jan 2013. Really good episode.

Makes me wonder if Raw sucks so bad because it's 3 hours. Honestly, they just have so much time to fill that they can't help but have some crappy filler.

Same. First Smackdown I've watched in full since I got back into wrestling in Jan 2013. Really good episode.

I definitely think that is part of Raw's problem.

This was the first full Smackdown I've watched in its original air time in well over 5 years, maybe 7.

Raw this week with lowest rating of the year.

SD this week I think it has to be the lowest rating all year as well. Barely even got 2M viewers.

Tonight is final Friday night smackdown. Though I doubt much will change, hope they at least improve the show with the move to Thursday.

It'll be Wednesdays in Canada though, except in 2 weeks when just the 2nd week of the new timeslot, it's already being bumped in favor of another show lol. It'll still air earlier than in USA, but it'd be at 10:30pm instead.

Still don't know if I'll even watch SD on Wednesdays anyways, I'll prob just record it, watch the other shows I usually watch on Wednesdays instead, then watch SD recorded on Thursday(still earlier than people in USA)

So glad to see Reigns and Ambrose back together for a bit.


Reigns sounded more like a human being on the mic and had some character in there, that daffy duck line was corny but hey it worked.


Reigns also had some different moves mixed in when he was in the tag match which is always good to see.

First time in several years Canada is getting Smackdown earlier than rest of the world! I'll use spoiler tags after watching the episode tonight, but it'll be funny watching the show hearing them bring up "THURSDAY!" so much,though I'm watching it on Wednesday.

I have a feeling one of these days, I'm gonna watch SD on Wednesday, hear them mention Thursday, and suddenly think tomorrow is Friday.

As for the episode tonight:

Felt like a typical episode of SD. Seems like they have a new theme. And new set of graphics for SD too. Slightly feels like an older era of SD with the lighter blue stuff.

Amount of Big Show/Kane on TV was annoying though. Best part of show was the Heyman-Rollins promo(lol,Rollins getting creepy on Heyman). Nothing else real notable about the show except for the announcement after main event where Bryan could be out of rumble match itself if he loses next week.

Though I can see him winning and then HHH coming out and being like "I said if you lost,you won't be in the rumble anymore. But since you won.....you've won the privilege of getting to enter the rumble at one of the most successful spot ever...number 1!"
