Re: Official WWE Smackdown Thread 2012
Alberto Del Dio is the most boring wrestler in the company right now.
I can't believe he's getting another title shot at Slam.Comment

Re: Official WWE Smackdown Thread 2012
Some thoughts on today's episode, I'll spoiler it this time:
Spoiler
1. Rhodes vs. Sin Cara feud starting? Something tells me no.
2. Wonder if after this Bryan/Kane thing, Kane will stay as AJ's muscle?
3. Do they actually have a plan for Reks and Hawkins? Speaking of tag teams, where are the Usos?
4. LOL at Jinder copying Rybacks schtick. I'm strangely enjoying this feud, which is why I think Jinder should have made an appearance on Raw.
5. Y2J is back!
6. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVER AGAYN!
7. Jericho vs Ziggler will probably be my favorite match at Summerslam.
8. #MillionsofDollars, #Number1Contenders
9. Primo and Epico probably deserve a chance after they lost because of the Tag Team Champions (well AW actually).
10. Cesaro making a name for himself even with the loss to Christian
11. I kind of want Eve to beat Kaitlyn next week. Doubt it happens though.
12. Gonna be kind of odd if Mysterio is in the IC title hunt, but Cesaro can't get a US Title match.
13. Del Rio finally paid people to do his work. I don't believe it.

Man, Christian is a great company guy if he's about to help Cesaro get over. I really like Antonio, but I really don't like what WWE is doing with Christian.
Edit: Well, Christian won afterall. He paid the price after the match, though. Cesaro has a damn imrpressive moveset and I think he's got a bright future.
That fallaway slam into a bridging pin combination was sick!

Re: Official WWE Smackdown Thread 2012
Very good episode tonight imo. Liked the Mahal/Ryback segment as well as the Cesaro/Christian match. Oh and we got to see the brand new Jeritron 6000 reveal.
The Bryan/AJ/Kane segment was well done and interesting. And I also liked the ending.

Re: Official WWE Smackdown Thread 2012
Why do you guys think every wrestler has to show up on every show? This is how feuds get stale. You see the two interact twice a week, and by the PPV, the "feud" (I use the term loosely) is long over. Spread the wealth! They don't have much.Comment

Booker proclaimed on WWE.com that Del Rio's SummerSlam match is off.

Re: Official WWE Smackdown Thread 2012
Damn, Smackdown was ACTUALLY good this week.
Jericho going face was awesome. Vickie needs to get laryingitis. Seriously. Like, a long bout of it. I've reallllllllllllllllly had enough of her strictly due to the effect on my ears.
The ending was fantastic. FINALLY Del Rio throws his money around and gets people to do his bidding. And FINALLY they add some real good substance to the feud. I liked it a lot. Very good.
Jinder/Ryback was pretty interesting. Was only listening to it, had some other tabs open.
Pretty much tuned out Bryan stuff.
I missed Sandow too.Comment
