you aint kidding. its sad because i really really loved jeff in the wwe when they pushed him and put the belt on him. so stupid to waste this sort of talent. seems like he left wwe because he knew he would be scrutinized and felt TNA would be more lax. which, it seems to be.

Jeff Hardy plea bargained down three counts in North Carolina court today: two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and one count of conspiracy to traffic in a substance containing opium. He was sentenced to ten days in jail, fined $100,000 and given 30 months probation. He also was mandated to attend a drug abuse treatment program. Hardy will be allowed to travel because of the nature of his job.
