Crowd Interaction in WWE 12

From watching the videos of WWE 12 I have to admit I am beyond excited for this game. I have not enjoyed a wrestling game since WCW/NWO for N64 and this looks like a wrestling game I can finally get into.

The only thing I am concerned about is crowd interaction during the match. I can tell by watching the videos that the original "pop" of the crowd on the entrances is UNBELIEVABLE. However, during the match it seems like the crowd does not get very into it. I particularly noticed this at the end of the CM Punk and John Cena match there was almost no reaction from the crowd. Half the fun of the WWE is seeing the crowd reaction to matches.

The crowd should slowly build as the match progresses and be in an absolute frenzy by the end of the match. (Particularly title matches or big matches) When the match ends the crowd should erupt with excitement. I am just not seeing this in these early videos. Hopefully, this will be in the final build of the game!

It's a complaint we brought up.

The crowd is better, doesn't loop like last year, but it's still not to where it should be. The initial pop like you said is great, hoping in the next few months they use that for the finish as well.

Suggested to them to get a better sounding crowd. Have better, or any chants. Want to see when a heel/face go at it, that you hear a boo then yay when they trade punches. Stuff like that. Trust me, we pounded it home, that to get an authentic experience the crowd needs to be better. The developers know it as well and if it's not at least a little better by release, I'm surely betting WWE '13 will have a great crowd.

I agree. Get the crowd right during the match and it's a gem. If not this year it won't be the end of the world, but it should be one of their top priorities for '13.

They know it's a concern. It's at least fixed from last year. They had bigger things to fix this year and it comes down to money and time. Crowd is adequate as is now and like you I hope the end pop/better sound makes it to retail.

They should have a trading strikes mini game and if you get three in a row you win the mini game
