Is there gonna be a Def Jam Vendetta 2?

Any news on a sequal? That game was good, but not enough variety of matches and no weapons.

I have heard, but can't confirm, that the next wrestling game EA will do will be in co-operation with NWA TNA, a national level fed in the US, and they will use the same team as with Def Jam, with more realistic manuevers.

I don't know if a Def Jam 2 is also in the works though??

I don't even know for sure that EA/NWA deal is for real .. . Just what I have been hearing.

They had said they wanted to make it online compatible also, so that could play into the delay mix. 1st one was surprisingly successful (tho it was a good game), they did have a lengthy delay between the 1st NBA Street to the 2nd one, so that could be also in the mix in not releasing a year after the 1st.
