sorry, but ill go somewhere else to look for sliders, no reason to page through for different sets.

i guess having 3 or 4 people with slider threads is to much traffic for a main forum here that doesnt get much as is, but its not enough traffic to get a sub forum. lol oh well...

HHH (me) vs R Truth (ai) Raw Universe Mode.

HHH win at 9:26 by way of The Pedigree.

Truth hit his sig on me but I rolled out the ring. Couple big moves outside and I finally get my sig but before I could get him in the ring he nailed his finisher on me.

After barely making the 10 count I manage to put some moves on Truth while waiting for the best time to use my finisher which came off a reversal for the win about 2 minutes later.

Good match.

ADR (ai) vs CM Punk (me) for the number 1 contender

CM Punk wins it by way of chair shot at 10:28

This is was just a awesome match!

Like always, me and the AI are going back and forth while each of us having our moments in the match.

Fast forward to 6:23 where I nailed my sig and follow up finisher (On average, im seeing sigs/finishers around the 5-6 minute mark) ADR kicks out at two (head was yellow and I nialed a super finisher!)

Out of fusteration, I tossed ADR outside the ring and tried to put him throw a table but he fought that off.

Inside the ring after a minutes going at it, ADR hit his sig and applied his armbar on me, I managed to break out then a cut scene happen where it show ADR go for a pin (Im guessing right after the arm bar) Cm punk kicks out, then ADR complains to the ref while punk knocks ADR from behind who then runs into the ref.

Back to gameplay...

As the ref lays on his back, I decided to go after a chair (since I doubt the AI would do it) and nailed ADR in the head while the ref was making his way back to his feet (wish the ref's stayed down longer and have the option to wake them up)

1-2-3 cm punk wins!

That's the reason I created the slider thread where people can just vote on what slider they use, but nobody is using it so far....

I will definitely give these a run once I get a feel for the control scheme. How long does it take to do the edits for all the wrestlers?

I just did the Durability and Recovery edits suggested for each Wrestler and it took all of 20 minutes.

I do have a question or Jukes though, By editing durability and recovery doesnt that bring the Wrestlers closer together? What i mean is if say Cena is 90 durability and a 90 recovery wouldn't his stats fall more than a guy who is 50 recovery and 80 durability?

if i wanted a block i would have pm'ed you and asked for it.

i use the wrestling forum for other topics etc, just will ignore the slider sticky and look elsewhere for that stuff. bc no reason everyone's thoughts and opinions on different slider sets be in one topic all mixed up.

just posted my thoughts on the matter, didnt even need a response.

anyway.. happy wwe 12 gaming!! great game this year minus the community server issues..

That's the issue I'm having. I want separation between the "Main Event" guys and the lower cards ones. From my testing, it appears that SPEED is a huge factor. If a wrestler has low Strike / grapple, but high speed rating, he can still win no problem. I lowered Santino's strike/ grapple to 40. His speed is 80 (which I think is way high for Santino to begin with). I had a CPU vs CPU match with Santino vs Big Show (Strike and grapple are 100 each).

Big Show barely won. Santino kept dominating the match because he was faster. Constantly connecting on strikes and grapples. Seems like the Strike / Grapple doesn't play too much a role during gameplay.

I was also using about 4 different slider sets in these threads. Same results for each. I think because THQ raised the "speed" of the game, the speed ratings need to be drastically lowered.

Any suggestions to create more separation, I'm all ears!

Yea, but I have no problem beating low card guys with Cena or any other main eventer, in fact they are usually the matches that end the fastest.

Cena still has a grapple/strike power and defense advantage over those guys.

Cena goes from a 95 OVR to a 89

Taker goes from 96 to 90

David Otunga goes from 74 to 72 but you can still destroy him with Cena.

I haven't tried them @19

Iv'e been doing increments of 5 from having the sliders at 0 to start out.

I know @15 the AI was a push over (move aggressive than having them @ 10 however) especially with the wear down tactics I use.

One interesting thing Ive notice is that having the AI reversal sliders at 0 will completely disable them from doing any reversals in a User vs AI match.

Lol, are you getting reversed alot from doing strong grapples?

Try playing on normal to get a better feel for timing because if you get a move reversed, preforming a chain reversal give you a better success rate of getting a move off.

Im liking how alot of the matches last about 8-12 mins while main eventers vs jobbers are shorter matches. Very realistic match lengths when comparing to the real WWE.

I get reversed all the time mate lol, I even get reversed after i kick to the guy. Its cool though, i may be just not good enough for those sliders its no problem.

I have been on Hard but decided to go back to timeflies sliders but bump up the difficulty to legend. After a couple of games i think they suit me better.

I have effects on but i hardly ever see anything, I hardly ever see the screen flash lol.
