    TEW10?

Anyone here play TEW10? Just wondering as I have played it for years. One of the best text based wrestling simulators around.

It's been a while since I played it but definitely looking forward to GreyDogSoftware's next wrestling or MMA game.

I play it on occasion but it's almost too time consuming to run the WWE and that's all I care about running.

I hope they release a TEW12. Don't know what new features they would include that aren't already in the game. I'd get it day of release.

It can be time consuming. Time goes by too fast when playing. It's too bad you only want to play as WWE. I used to be like that in TEW04. I've since found a lot for the CVerse and enjoy playing other mods such as Genadis 1987 Golden Age mod. Something about booking Wrestlemania 3 how I want is really satisfying.

I frequently play this. I've got a 1987 game currently with the Golden Age mod. I'm heading into the April PPV with the WWF. I basically have a roadmap of my entire year build out. I will NOT drop the ball and give DiBiase a title run.

I'm also trying to find another time period to play in, as I have a lot of love for the 1995, 1997, and 2001 mods as well.

1995 is totally a WCW game, I've got a lot of plans put in place for starting one someday.

1997 and 2001 would be WWF games. 2001 I'd love to fix the "invasion" and booking a WrestleMania 18 that's awesome.

I used to play this when I was on a pc a while back. Now that I'm on a Mac, I'm struggling with no game like this. Any one know of any good Mac compatible games similar to this?

I play TEW 10 Daily, great game. My only wish for the game is an offcial Cornellverse Update, it has become wuite stale after 2 years.

I think I'm going to give Cornellverse a try. I'll start with USWF, any suggestions?

Use menace angles to your advantage. Use the women on the roster for longer matches. Keep the main eventers short until you get workers with enough overness to replace that old crew.

Coming from the man who made American Buffalo the most popular wrestler in the Cornellverse in his last game :P

                          Same thing for me

I love the game but booking WWE is a chore, and unfortunately, I don't feel like I know enough about any other promotion to book it properly and be interested enough.

Last night though, I did start a game with Heyman as my user avatar and start my own promotion......ECW. Got back most of the available originals, and some young guys to be the new movement (Shelton, Carlito, Kendrick). Can't wait to see if the Hardcore ECW style can be profitable in the climate now-a-days.

The easiest groups to run are the ones who are solely wrestling. I've had a lot of fun playing as AJPW in the 1987 mod, as well as ROH in the 2002 mod. I set up an ROH game in 2002, and then I built the game around wrestling being a real sport. I put in place point system for wins, losses, draws, etc. and flipped a coin to determine winners. Basically made a couple of huge round robin brackets. The only thing I didn't follow in that style were the championships. I put the titles on who I wanted to have them.

I am pretty sure the latest version is compatible with the MAC. If you go to the forums there is a thread for it I believe.

American Buffalo can be the most over guy in almost any promotion based on his menace alone. It helps that his overness is decent at the start too.
