I was at the show last night and had a great time. The dark matches(WWE Superstars Show) were Skip Sheffield vs McGillicutty. McGillicutty sucks and lost. Next up was A-Ry vs JTG w/Tamina in his corner. A-Ry got the win. Next up was Air Boom vs Reks and Hawkins. It just goes to show what the WWE thinks of their tag team division.

Laurinaitis was great in the opening. He fooled everyone.

The Cena Kane angle was good for the most part but the crowd kind of screwed it up with the Let's go Cena chants. I think the WWE was banking on the Chicago heat for Cena but the crowd didn't fully comply. It's still a great angle with Rise Above or Embrace the Hate.

Also, there was a steel cage championship match between Punk and Miz after the show went off the air. The only thing that sucked was the cage. When the cage match was announced we all looked up and didn't notice a cage. Then when it was time for the show the equipment guys were carrying it to the ring. It was more like an 8 foot tru link fence that was very unsturdy. The whole thing was shaking every time one of them ran into the cage. We all thought it was going to collapse.

All in all a fun show.

They were definitely more on Cena before he came out and pandered to the crowd earlier in the show. I think that took some of the heat off him when the time came at the end of the show.

That's how they have to do it, otherwise, anyone watching on TV is going to wonder why there is a cage above the ring and then no cage match. Way to piss people off. They did the same for an Edge/Hardy cage match I saw in Memphis. It doesn't look sturdy, but it isn't going to fall apart the way it is put together, as long as Big Show and Henry aren't involved of course.

They should use the old school big blue cage. That thing was easy to set up and was very sturdy.

Off topic: My girlfriend watched WWE with me for the first time...and she LOVED it! She was getting a kick of RTruth beating up The Miz. It's cool seeing someone get into wrestling for the first time. Now I just have to explain how awesome Ziggler is, she says he's got a douchey haircut. She has yet to see Heath Slater's hair lol.
