WWE Elimination Chamber has already moved 45,000 seats for the event in Perth, Australia. I mean we already know how good WWE is doing ticket sales wise but over 40K with no match announced is really good for a non Wrestlemania/Summerslam/Royal Rumble event.

That's why international events are good.

The big 4 will be good no matter what.

Then you add in 2-4 non US PLEs a year and those events will be big too because fans don't care what the matches might be, they'll be excited for the show itself months before it even happens.

The day she has any involvement with the WWE is the day I'm taking a very, very extended break.

The last thing any pro wrestling company needs is more panning to the audience (even an overstated, annoying celebrity like her) for overreactions.

Keep that for the actual big moments and not some industry plant that makes the same song over and over again (how many times can she write about her endless breakups?).

We just gonna pretend like non wrestling celebrities aren’t completely intertwined throughout the history of professional wrestling at every level? Panning to the audience is literally what pro wrestling does.

If Taylor Swift showing up at Mania turns even one more little girl onto pro wrestling then sign her up.

He's probably just sick of Taylor Swift and her obsessed ubiquitous fans lol. But this is a company that signed Logan Paul purely for the mainstream celebrity attention, so having this be the bridge too far seems like an odd one to me. WWE has always been this way.

Fatigue from Swift and Kelce is running wild like Hulkamania, brother. And much like Hogan in the 80's, there's no end in sight.

I strongly, strongly dislike - bordering on hatred - Taylor Swift and her fan base.

I'm probably being melodramatic, but the disdain is real.

I wonder how much it would actually cost to get her at WM. Even if all she does is sing the anthem to start the show or does some random introduction like we saw with Kim Kardashian years back, that'd get more attention on the product.

Give Travis AND Jason Kelce an entry into the Andre battle royal at WM (since its in Philly and Jason plays for the Eagles) and let Taylor be at the show for it too.
I doubt that the Chiefs would let Travis get physical. Maybe Jason if he retires. NFL teams don't want their star players getting hurt doing non-football things.

Just because it's always been a part of it, doesn't mean people have to like it being a part of it.

As far as Swift getting one more little girl into pro wrestling, even if it alienates existing fans? I have no desire to see Taylor Swift on my screen. I don't like her music, and the NFL/broadcast networks shoving her down the throat of anyone watching a Chiefs game means I'm probably done watching the Chiefs play for the season. It's just obnoxious to me.

It's not like she'd be doing a story or anything, they'd literally just have her show up (whether it be for the anthem or just in a press box to watch Kelce) so they can say she showed up.

Who doesn't Pearce seem to have history with?

He wasn't lying when he said he and Punk go back 25 years.

Unconfirmed rumor but apparently CM Punk has interest in doing what HHH and now HBK does in NXT, being the guy in charge.

Not that HBK will leave that position anytime soon, I'm sure he's probably fine being stationary in Florida (or just flying back and forth from Texas and Florida) so he won't have much interest in being the head guy for Raw or SD (though you never know) but it is interesting to hear Punk having interest in being in a role post retirement. Probably why he wants to prove he's a "changed man" (from a few months ago in AEW/last year in AEW/10 years ago in WWE). Who'd have ever thought HBK would not only be in an executive role but he'd be one helping mentor younger talent.

The Headbangers apparently have signed Legends contracts with WWE. This is after the Dudleys also signed a Legends deal with WWE recently.

Them returning in 2016 was such a random out of nowhere thing but it didn't feel entirely out of place.

I couldn't tell you a single thing they ever did as a team, but I still remember their look.

So..Liv Morgan got arrested for drug possession, wasn't expecting to hear that.

Although it just sounds like it was "only" cannabis. Many wrestlers have been arrested in cars for a lot worse.

I wonder if we see any action on WWEs part. Don't think it's on their banned substance list?
