WWE has announced a DOUBLE Contract signing for RAW between Becky, Lacey and Charlotte. So Charlotte is the first female superstar to cross over as part of the Wild Card rule.


Also... Roman Reigns returns as a guest on Miz TV.

The whole thing is a mess. Short term "solution" to a long term problem. People want actual good wrestling matches, and some continuity from week to week, but WWE thinks the answer is to have Roman Reigns and Charlotte appear on both shows.

Also huge note, RAW & SD Live are in the UK this week, it will be taped before it airs in the US. Do not post anything related to RAW or SD as it pertains to spoilers.

I like the idea of the wildcard, it allows them to have people with storylines on both shows and you can move the cross brand stories at a slower pace. It all comes down to execution though, if they’re just planning on having their biggest stars on both shows every week and having weekly title matches then they’re essentially hotshotting things and it will lose its excitement eventually and just feel like the new normal

Like I said last week, would love to see this be used to actually start a war between the brands. Balor issues open challenge to a RAW Superstar, they win the IC Title. Balor or another SD Superstar heads to RAW the next week to get it back because it's Smackdown's title, etc. Even having the brands go on their own expedition of gold and try to capture all the titles would be a fun storyline if done correctly.

Wrestler/luchadore Silver King (may remember him from WCW) passed away earlier this evening after suffering a health issue in the ring. He was 51.

I saw the video. Looks like a heart attack from that but I’m not sure they have released any info on the cause yet.

It was sad though regardless.

We'll also see a 50 man battle royal! I dont know how they're fitting 50 guys in one ring.

All that at Super ShowDown. That's the name they're using for the SA show. Guess they want to lay off the references like Crown Jewel, and rumored name like Sands of Times.
