Raw 08/20/12 - Game over: Lesnar wins

Summerslam appeared to end with HHH's possible offical retirement so I'm guessing Raw will start with it. As well as showing 5 minutes worth of pics and 15 minutes worth of recapping what HHH says at the start of the show. Gotta fill the show with something, just as well be the same thing we saw 3 minutes ago right?! HBK will be there LIVE...via satellite..."@ShawnMichaels
Time for me to go, I gotta make a few calls and see if i can get a Satellite Truck out here by tomorrow night!! Good Night all!! "

Brock should take aim at his next target. Perhaps Kane to draw out the Undertaker for a Survivor Series match? They have some unfinished bussiness to attend to. AJ said she'd deal with Kane on Raw,what better way to do it? 2 more guys he can put into retirement.

CM Punk retained his WWE championship,as it was clean there should be no rematches. Cena and Show lost fair and square. Heck Show lost twice. Might as well go one more round with D-Bry since he'll be left with nothing to do. That Wade Barrett fellow they've been showing promos for might also be intrested in this.

Sheamus retained his title as well but not without shenanigans. First he hits ADR with a shoe and then the ref entirely ignores ADR's foot on the rope. Obviously grounds for a rematch because we all want to see these two go at it again...Alternatively ADR runs over Sheamus and drags him into the ring for a Ziggler cash-in.

Speaking of which Ziggler failed in his attempt to defeat Chris Jericho who will now...-looks at upcoming concert schedule-...go on tour with Fozzy leaving Ziggler with nothing but his MitB and a crazy lady yelling "EXCUSE ME!"

Kofi & Truth also retained their tag titles their next oppoents will be...huh? What's that? There's no other teams available?...umm well maybe Ascension gets a shot as they've been dominating on NXT.

It was a bad night for challengers all around as Miz held onto the IC Title in a great match against Rey Mysterio. I wouldn't mind seeing it again but there's no cause for a rematch. On to a new contender.

The only title to change was Antonio Cesaro capturing the U.S. Title on the pre-show. Will he follow in the footsteps of Canadian hero Lance Storm and re-name the title as he did? Perhaps he'll follow another Canadian hero and have a live sex celebration in ring with Aksana. Of course Santino has a rematch clause.

The Ryback continues his feud with Reks,Hawkins and Jinder Mahal.

With all titles being defended at Night of Champions Layla will finally have to get off her fine British butt and actually have a match! =o But who against!?

Hopefully they'll find someone to challenge for Zack Ryder's Internet Championship. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been defended within 30 days.

As the NXT Championship finals (Seth Rollins vs. Jinder Mahal, special guest ring announcer Howard Finkel) aren't until this thursday we'll have to wait until Smackdown or next week on Raw to find out who will be partaking in that title match at Night of Champions. I'll predict Seth Rollins vs. Kassius Ohno in a match of the year contender!

Damien Sandow seems to have been left out and will them know what scallywags they are for not giving him a shot.

Finally the long awaited, long over due debut of Dean Ambrose! (If I keep including it it'll happen some time. )

I entirely forgot your special guest social media ambassador Chole Kardashian who is famous for such wonderful things as...uhh...being the sister of Kim Kardashian I guess but she's famous for...umm...err...why do we give these people attention again?

So tonight do we see the start of a fatal four way at NoC for punks title (Punk, Cena, Bryan, and big show), or do we see a champions scramble (with Kane included)...

      This Raw should be interesting.

I found the end of SummerSlam to be odd. "Did Hunter just say goodbye?"

Will he announce a retirement? I don't know. I don't see him actually retiring.

We'll see what happens. I always look forward to Raw, and most of the time are disappointed, unfortunately.

WWE wouldn't do that to their champion. They have him on a good run. 13th longest title reign.

Which means it's only a matter of time before he's probably going to drop the belt to someone imo

He'll hang on to it until Royal Rumble. They've already started building that up.

I loathe Brock Lesnar but seriously, if Heyman gets to have all this mic time all the time, it's worth putting up with his BS.

I remember when CM Punk beat up Scott Armstrong. Good times.
