At this point I don't see them giving Ryback a loss or Punk losing the title, so the only option is to have Ryback attacked before the match even starts. I would like to see Ryback to Smackdown where he wins the Heavyweight title at Elimination Chamber. From there Taker wins Rumble and faces Ryback at Mania Streak v. Streak for the title. Taker ends Ryback's streak, wins the title and then retires the following Monday on Raw.

Yeah, they really shouldn't be alarmed by last night's ratings imo. The other weeks, sure. One thing I've noticed, the second hour usually has the best match, so maybe that's why it's the highest. Besides the ending, nothing happens in the last hour except filler matches before the main event. It doesn't surprise me the second hour has more people watching than the last.

You can't really use those other events as an excuse. The debate hurt, but the NLCS game was over in the first hour; SF was up 7-0 after the 3rd. And the MNF game was a real stinker. Bears dominated the Lions despite the low score.

..and a baseball team has never come back from a 7-0 deficit? You take away the Lions fumble at the one yard line and the Lions win 14-13. Real football fans would have watched the game to the end because defensive battles are the only good kind of football.

On the topic of ratings, I wonder how much impact having everything on Hulu Plus is having? I know since I signed up for it I've been giving watch/dvr priority to stuff I can't get on there when there is a conflict. I realize the ratings have been kinda low all year, but it seems like the most recent drop to historic lows have pretty much coincided with the timing of that move.

I've wondered if DVRing it counts against the ratings, because I never watch Raw whenever it first airs. I usually start watching it after an hour or two is over.
