I seem to remember this last year and how OP never really explained anything to people about it. Just kind of put up, said "here", and then there were dozens of questions.

Same thing as doing that but you can skip the XTAF stuff because it's already your save file so you don't have to change the numbers and all that to make it match up with your GT/system.

I don't know how I managed to do it, but I actually extracted my save, unlocked everything, rehashed and resigned, injected the save back to the USB stick and moved it back to my 360 and it unlocked everything.

The NPC (the 2 managers) are still non-playable and divas cannot face men, but I don't know if this editor is supposed to change that.

But again, it did unlock everything.

No, I don't have a hacked 360 and save editors and the like always work for me.

When I download it and try to run the editor, it just opens a DXperience window that says I've installed DevExpress products in evaluation mode and to purchase a license to follow a link. Any help?

Just close the DXperience window and the WWE '13 editor will open.
