Re: WWE '13 Universe Mode Thread - How's Your's Going?

      -Kevin Nash addresses Edge
"Edge, you can finally shut it with that 'weak link' crap! I just kicked your *** all over this ring on Monday night! We're done here!"

Suddenly, the lights went out. The trademark "Gong" hit. Appearing on the stage wasn't the Rated R Superstar, but instead was the Deadman, the World Heavyweight Champion, The Undertaker, making his presence for the first time during this whole ordeal. Nash watched helplessly as Undertaker made his way into the ring, where the 2 men stared each other down before finally coming to blows. The showdown was short lived, finished off by a Tombstone from the Phenom!

-Alberto Del Rio def. Stone Cold Steve Austin via DQ
Despite working on the same team on Monday night, there is still no love lost between Del Rio and Austin who went toe to toe on Smackdown. Austin had control of the match, until Bret Hart made his way to the ring, tossing a sledge hammer in the ring and distracting the referee as Austin went for a pin following a Stunner. Furious, Austin grabbed the sledge hammer and chased down Bret Hart, beating him down with it. The referee saw the foreign object and tossed out the match, awarding it to Del Rio.

-Chris Jericho calls out CM Punk
"Looks like a congratulations is in order, Punk. We both won our matches on Monday night! So what is that, momentum and stuff for both of us? That's what they'll certainly be selling it as. But the truth is, Punk, you can beat the Dolph Zigglers of the world, but you're not on the same level of the Chris Jerichos of the WWE Universe."

CM Punk came to the ring to address Jericho, but before he could get a word in, Brock Lesnar's music hit and Punk's former teammate came to the ring. Punk, out numbered, got ready for a fight, but the numbers soon evened with the arrival of Randy Orton. Punk and Jericho went at it, while Lesnar and Orton traded blows. Punk and Jericho spilled outside the ring, with Punk taking Jericho down, while Orton laid out Lesnar with an RKO.

      -British Bulldog def. Shawn Michaels
Bret Hart was thought to be incapacitated after the attack by Austin earlier in the night, but he was still in the arena, ambushing Michaels from behind as he made his way to the ring. Michaels kicked out of an early pin attempt, and R-Truth ran to the ring, seemingly to help Michaels. But instead, he turned on HBK, laying him out! Bulldog made short work of Michaels, and pinned him for the victory.

      -Edge calls out Shane McMahon
"I'm sore, I'm beaten, I'm bruised. I'm still feeling like hell after that gauntlet match and the beating that Kevin Nash gave me to finish it off. Credit to you, Nash. You shook the 'weak link' label by beating up a guy who had just gone through 2 other brutal matches. But hey, no excuses. I didn't get the job done, and that's not why I'm out here. I'm not out here for you, Nash.

See, I've had some time to think the past few days. You know, I've just been laid up the past few days, too beaten up to get up out of the house, so I've had a lot of time to think. And these past few days, I've realized, it's not Kevin Nash that I want. It's not Austin. It's not Bret Hart or the Undertaker. No no, I don't want any of those guys. It's someone else that I want. Someone else that I can't wait to get my hands of. Someone else who's *** I want to kick at TLC. It's Shane McMahon that I want!"

The CEO's son came out to the ring, a bit shocked by the declaration.

"Edge, you need to calm down. You're letting your frustrations get the best of you. Why don't you take the weekend, calm down, and we can discuss this rationally on Monday?"

Shane-O-Mac turned to leave the ring, but Edge grabbed him and brought him back.

"You and me. TLC. Make it happen!"

"You want this match that bad, Edge?"

      "Yes."

"FINE! You got it! You and me at TLC!!"

Edge nodded in approval at getting his match at TLC, and then thanked Shane by proceeding to give him a beat down, finishing him off with his top rope spear! As Edge celebrated in the ring, Kevin Nash came down and began beating him down with a lead pipe! Kevin Nash stood over a broken Edge as Smackdown went off the air.

                  Raw Episode 3

Jack Swagger faced the debuting Ryback, who Swagger's Extreme Rules opponent Dolph Ziggler chose Swagger to face. The two went back and forth until Swagger hit the Gutwrench powerbomb to win. Cesaro ran to ringside, and the Tag Team Champions were about to attack a downed Ryback. Ziggler ran to ringside, kicking off his match with Cesaro.

                  Dolph Ziggler defeated Antonio Cesaro

Zigger took a lot of damage and punishment from Cesaro, but Ziggler won with the Zig Zag.

Luke Harper was found unconscious in the backstage area. Kane then attacked Erik Rowan. What will happen when Kane and Bray Wyatt collide at Extreme Rules?

Juan Guerra (CAW) debuted, attacking Rey Mysterio backstage.

John Cena and Daniel Bryan vs. The Rock and Brock Lesnar

In a block buster main event, the WWE Champion John Cena teamed with Intercontinental Champion Daniel Bryan to take on Cena's number one contender, the Rock, and Brock Lesnar. Bryan's #1 contender Damien Sandow was at commentary to scout his Extreme Rules opponent.

The two teams went back and forth in a great match. Cena took a lot of damage and needed a tag. Cena went to tag Bryan, who walked away, leaving Cena to fend for himself. Cena managed to take the fight to Rock, who then needed a tag. Brock Lesnar got tagged in, but knockout punched his partner the Rock, then left the match. In a preview of Extreme Rules, Cena and The Rock briefly went one on one. Cena managed to hit the Attitude Adjustment to win.

Major Stories thus far for May:

                          WCW

Tommy Dreamer defended the ECW Championship against Brian Pillman at Road Wild in an Extreme Rules match. The following Tuesday on Nitro, the team of Tommy Dreamer and Brian Pillman took on the Dudley Boyz in a non title match. Mid-way through the match, Pillman entered the ring and sucker punched Dreamer in the face. Pillman then walked out of the match. Dreamer still managed to win the match. I believe these two are headed towards a rematch.

Vader has been dealing with a new challenger in the form of the Nature Boy Ric Flair. These two traded wins for the 3 Nitros leading up to Road Wild. Vader successfully defended his Championship against Flair at Road Wild. These two are just getting started.

                          WWE

The Rock and Mark Henry have been a thorn in the side of Ted Dibiase and Andre the Giant. Each have had a singles match against each other with tons of interference and manager ejections. This rivalry will culminate at Over the Edge when the teams meet in an Elimination Tornado Tag Team Match.

The British Bulldog and Kevin Nash engaged in what started as some friendly competition. After two defeats in a row though, Kevin Nash had enough and attacked Davey Boy prior to their third matchup. These two will meet at Over the Edge in a Steel Cage Match.

Jeff Jarrett has been running his mouth about how he is going to be the next Intercontinental Champion. Razor Ramon took exception to this and has beaten Double J for 4 straight weeks. Jarrett will not quit however and has been awarded a title match at Over the Edge in the form of a Ladder Match.

Hulk Hogan and the Undertaker have been involved in an absolute war to determine the number one contender for the WWE Championship. The week leading into Over the Edge, Randy Savage decided to take in the match from ringside so that he could scout his potential opponent. The Undertaker sent a very clear message by chokeslamming Hogan through the announce table and winning via count out. Hogan is now injured and the Undertaker will face Randy Savage at Over the Edge for the WWE Championship.

Del Rio clothesline the ref by mistake and takes full advantage by smashing Mysterio with a number of chair shots. Del Rio targets the arm and makes them red. Once the ref is up he sees Rey Mysterio tapping to the cross armbreaker.

Daniel hits his signature kicks and calls for the Yes! Lock, Orton's music hits and he destracts Cm Punk! Bryan takes advantage and turns Punk to a huge kick to the head, up he goes to the top rope and hits the flying goat for the win.
