April Week 2
WWE Monday Night RAW
Highlights
The Million Dollar Corporation was in the ring to open the show talking about how they had all of the titles in WWE except for one. Ted Dibiase said it would be unfair for him to challenge for the WWE Championship since he already was ½ of the Tag Team Champions and the self proclaimed “Million Dollar Champion”. His question to the audience was, does he allow one of the other two members to challenge or bring in a fourth member so that they have a complete monopoly over the WWE. At this point, WWE Champion Randy Savage makes his way to the ramp waving his finger no. In that distinct Macho Man tone he says, “OOHHHHH YEEEAAAHH Teddy!! You see Teddy, you can’t just come out here and start making challenges. You have to earn your spot at the top…not buy your way there. Vince McMahon has already announced that the number one contender’s match for tonight will be the Ultimate Warrior vs. the Undertaker so it looks like you’re on the outside looking in DIG IT!! I do have a proposition for you though ooooohhh yeeeaaaahhh!!! How about you and your other goons face me and two partners in a Six Man Tag Tonight!!” Dibiase laughs maniacally. “Who in their right mind would team with you??” At that moment, none other and Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard make their debuts in the WWE! Mr. Perfect grabs the mic and shouts, “WE ACCEPT!!”, as we go to commercial.

The Hart Foundation vs. Shawn Michaels in a Handicap Match
The Hart’s put a beating on Shawn Michaels and took an easy victory. After the match, they attempted to decimate him with chairs and Marty Jannetty made yet another save. For RAW next week it will be The Hart Foundation vs…..THE ROCKERS!!

Vader vs. Razor Ramon
Vader had the early advantage in this match. Razor countered a Vader Bomb leaving the Mastodon reeling. Razor was then able to drop the big man with the Razor’s Edge for the 1..2…3. Vader waved goodbye to the WWE on his way up the ramp.
Number One Contender for the WWE Championship
Ultimate Warrior vs. the Undertaker
The Undertaker wins in decisive fashion. Post match, Savage shows up on the ramp clapping and pointing to the Undertaker. It looks like it will be these two at ONE NIGHT ONLY for the title.
Rumor Mill
Could Andre the Giant be headed towards retirement?? We haven’t heard too much from the enormous Frenchmen since his WrestleMania loss to Hulk Hogan. Some say he is nursing injuries while others say he is in the midst of a contract dispute. What ever the case may be, I hope to see Andre back in the ring sooner rather than later.
Speaking of the Hulkster, we haven’t seen him since Wrestlemania either. His contract is due to expire in August of this year, right after SummerSlam. Will Hulk resign with the WWE or could he be open to exploring his options elsewhere? Only time will tell.
