Raw- Kharma defeated Kelly Kelly
Brock Lesnar and kane defeated Zack Ryder and Epico
Kurt Angle and Khali vs. Jack Swagger and Triple H
Khali and Triple H have been feuding recently, as have Angle and Swagger. Tonight, the two feuds combine in a tag team match. Early in the match, Khali displayed his true colors, leaving Angle to fend for himself. As a result, the match became a handicap match and Angle ultimately tapped out to the camel clutch.

David Otunga vs. The Miz
These two are close friends, an official tag team, and Otunga is Miz's lawyer. Tonight, however, they had to face each other in a one on one match. Miz is the Intercontinental-United States Champion, so if Otunga wins, it should move Otunga up the contender ranks. Before the match, Miz shocked everyone, attacking his friend Otunga from behind as Otunga entered the ring.
The two brawled on the outside, their friendship seemingly ended. Miz hit a Skull Crushing Finale on the outside, seeming knocking David unconscious. Miz rolled Otunga into the ring, and the match officially started. Miz hit a second Skull Crushing Finale, busting Otunga open, and pinned him for the win.

R Truth vs. Dolph Ziggler
In a change of pace Main Event, R Truth challenged Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler hit the Zig Zag for the win. Ziggler clearly wants to be the number one contender for CM punk's title.


Smackdown: Sin Cara defeated Heath Slater [again]
Kharma defeated Kelly Kelly and Eve
Ted Dibiase vs. Jinder Mahal
Jinder is back from an injury to continue his feud with Dibiase. Beore the match, Jinder decided he wasn't ready to return, and sent his bodyguard Big Show, who defeated Dibiase in a steel cage match at Capital Punishment, to face Dibiase. Dibiase wanted to win, and went so far as to spear the Big Show through 2 barricades!Big Show could not get up after the second spear, and lost via countout.
Undertaker vs. Wade Barrett
Undertaker wins, Barrett attempts to attack Undertaker after match, Undertaker throws him over the ropes.
Alberto Del Rio vs. Sheamus
After losing the World Heavyweight championship to Daniel Bryan, Sheamus has vowed to climb the ranks and earn his rematch. Before the match, new champion Daniel Bryan attacked Del Rio!
Sheamus jumped off the top rope and elbow dropped ADR through the announce table. Sheamus hit the pale justice to win. After the match, Daniel Bryan hit Sheamus with the World Heavyweight championship.

Corporation win
Animal vs. Vader
Vader attacks pre match, Animal speared Vader through the barricade, Animal wins via countout
Number one contender for British Bulldog's European Title
Godfather and Bulldog respect each other, and have traded wins over on another for several weeks. Road Dogg has beaten Godfather but lost to Bulldog at Rock Bottom for the title. Godfather speared Road Dogg through the barricade, won by countout.

Falls Count Anywhere: Chris Jericho vs. Eddie Guerrero
These two have feuded for a month, Eddie most recently beating Jericho in a submission match last week. Jericho and Guerrero brawled outside the ring before the match started. The match was 5 star caliber, going all over the arena. Jericho hit Eddie with the steel steps. Y2J locked in the Liontamer outside of the ring but Eddie escaped. Jericho would win by pinfall.

Extreme Rules: Steve Austin vs. Kane
Undisputed [WWE] Champion Steve Austin faces a gargantuan challenge this Sunday. At Judgement Day, he must face The Rock and Kane in a steel cage match to defend his title. If anything, one thing is crystal clear: Vince McMahon doesn't want Austin to be champion. Vince gave Kane the responsibility of softening Austin up tonight so he' s not 100% come Sunday. Kane punished Austin with a garbage can until Stone Cold took the can and beat Kane with it. A fan gave Austin a crutch and Austin used it to hurt Kane. Kane hit a Tombstone on the outside, busting the champ open. Kane then beat Austin with a ladder, but Austin reciprocated. Stone Cold got a mop and brutalized Kane with it. Kane hit a tombstone on a trashcan, pinning the champion afterward to win. After the match, Kane attacked Austin with a chair to further hurt Austin.

Money In the Bank Match: Mankind vs. Bret Hart vs. Paul Wight vs. Road Dogg vs. Billy Gunn vs. Bradshaw
The size advantage clearly goes to Paul Wight. The wrestling ability goes to Bret Hart. The hardcore element goes to Mankind. Billy Gunn is the most athletic, and has a partner in the match, that being Road Dogg. Who will win? Billy Gunn
wins!
European Championship: British Bulldog vs. Godfather
These two friends fight tonight over the European championship. The two put on a great match, going back and forth. Godfather was busted open but fought on. Bulldog threw everything he had at Godfather, superplexing him to the outside of the ring. The Godfather couldn't get up, and Godfather won by countout.
Vince McMahon announced that, after many matches recently have ended on countouts, he is removing countouts from every match.
Animal with Hawk defeated Vader

Falls Count Anywhere 2 out of 3 falls: Chris Jericho vs. Eddie Guerrero
These two put on another classic, Guerrero being bloodied and fighting resiliently. Jericho would triumph.

Ken Shamrock and Bossman defeated Edge and Christian to become the new tag champions.
Steel Cage triple threat match for Undisputed Championship: You could tell these men hate each other. They used the steel cage to hurt one another many times. Rock was a bloody mess by the time the match ended. Somehow, someway, the Rock escaped simultaneously as Kane was climbing out of the cage. Rock's feet hit the floor first, and The Great One regains the title.

Ziggler wants a title shot while Punk looks to earn respect. This could have been a great match, but wait, who's that?! It's Kevin Steen! Kevin Steen raninto the ring and attacked Dolph Ziggler and CM Punk. The match ended as a no contest.

Some roster changes have been announced after Over the Limit's conclusion. Huge roster shakeup has lots of guys changing sides:

To RAW: Big Show, Kane, John Morrison, Carlito, Eddie Guerrero, Jay Lethal, Kassius Ohno, Danny Jackpot (CAW), Davey Richards, Joe Hennig (formerly Michael McGillicutty), Bo Dallas, Hunter Hearst Helmsley

To Smackdown: John Cena, Evolution (HHH/Batista/Flair), Big E Langston, Goldberg, Bobby Roode, Ted DiBiase, Evan Bourne

Also, WWE has announced several Superstars who have been released or are inactive for now: Mankind, Tensai, Heath Slater

Some notes to come out of this:

• Debuting superstars - Jay Lethal, Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Bo Dallas
  
  Returning superstars - Carlito, John Morrison
  
  After losing out on a tag title shot, the disgruntled Evolution will move on to Smackdown. You have to wonder what's in store for Smackdown's superstars.
  
  Tensai and Heath Slater have been sent down to nXt but could make their return at some point in the future.
  
  Big Show is said to have requested a trade to RAW after losing out on the World Heavyweight Title in two straight PPV matches. He's looking for a fresh start in either the IC or Tag title scene before making his way back up into the WWE title picture.
  
  The Undertaker and Mankind are out of action due to their injuries at Over the Limit.
  
  Big E Langston is reunited with his "Perfection" stablemates AJ and Dolph Ziggler on Smackdown after making his debut with attacks on John Cena on RAW.
  
  Michael McGillicutty has claimed he was under a different identity and was a different person upon joining the WWE, but would now like to be known as his real name, Joe Hennig. He has embraced the fact that he is "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig's son.
  
  John Cena has been moved to Smackdown in preparation for his Best-of-7 series with Dolph Ziggler for the Smackdown MITB briefcase. It's possible he could go after the World Heavyweight Championship afterwards.

The aftermath of Over the Limit is here! Welcome to the first Monday Night Raw of June.

*more matches were supposed to come here but after the problems with the tag match + the WHC match played twice (I re-did it multiple times to get a certain result but it wasn't too great to my chagrin, plus it saved as both a HIAC and TLC match when I was pretty sure I pressed "rematch") so basically I had no room for the main event WWE title match. I re-did those two matches here so those results replace my OTL messups. Damn it.*

To start the program, we saw Kevin Steen confront El Generico while walking backstage. Steen was looking confident after securing the IC title at Over the Limit. The Generic Luchador said he wants Steen at No Way Out for the title to avenge his loss to him at Final Battle 2012 (ROH). Steen only gave a demented stare in his face and walked away laughing. Will Generico get his answer tonight..

Either way, to determine his worthiness of holding the Intercontinental Championship, Kevin Steen has been booked against some tough competition, including multiple former WWE Champions. The title's at stake, can Steen hold it until a possible match against Generico?

Intercontinental Championship
Kevin Steen (c) def. HBK, RVD, and Alberto Del Rio: Kevin Steen was tested heavily here in this Extreme Rules Elimination match. If he was eliminated first, there would automatically be a new champion. Him and veteran Shawn Michaels went right after each other while Del Rio and RVD fought. Steen overpowered HBK early on, the highlight being an F-Cinq through the announce table - which had the fans on their feet and cheering. After that they were treated to a second F-Cinq while RVD speared ADR through the barricade. Next, we saw some Steenalizers, 450 Splashes, Van Dam smashing others with a chair, and a couple Package Piledrivers - lastly ADR picked up the scraps and pinned the battered HBK. Del Rio and Rob Van Dam fell victim to a vicious beating from Steen (including multiple FCinqs, one of which on Del Rio onto a steel chair as well as some more Package Piledrivers). All in all, this was a dominant first title defense for The Antichrist - he destroyed anyone in his path brutally and seemed untouchable. All that aside, our new Intercontinental Champion wasn't done in the ring. He asked for a mic and a chair, placing it in the middle and sitting down. It was obvious there was an issue Steen needed to address, and it wasn't going to wait. He cleared his throat and began:

".. Let's talk about my good friend Generico, shall we? I didn't end his career in Ring of Honor like I had planned.. he's nothing to me because I became a World Champion after I rid myself of him. With him I didn't have too big of hopes to be a star in this industry.. when I rid myself of the 'disease' that is El Generico, I was re-born and took over Ring of Honor as my own.

I was at the top of that company and left as the top star - their World Champion, as I was seeking a new challenge. I was bored of dominating ROH and wanted something different.. I achieved greatness on my own and I intend to continue down my path - continue my legendary career in the WWE as the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all-time. Generico held me back and without him, I Kevin Steen, the Anti-Christ of Pro Wrestling, became both the Ring of Honor World Champion and the Intercontinental Champion. El Generico, I accept your challenge for No Way Out because we have unfinished business.. it's another opportunity for me to rid myself of you once and for all.. El Generico's career will end at No Way Out by my hands. Ole.. Ole.. Ole."

Also announced by our RAW and Smackdown GM, there is to be a bunch of fatal four-way matches between tag teams with the team that has the most points getting a future title shot at the WWE Tag Team Champions. The teams in the running: The Usos, Mucha Lucha (Rey/Cara), Rhodes Scholars, Edge & Christian, New Age Outlaws, the recently reunited ShowMiz, and the nXt Tag Team Champions - rookie Bo Dallas and Joe Hennig - plus a few mystery teams. There will be a string of matches with one man from each team in a fatal four-way and whoever picks up the pin gets a point for his team and is able to compete in the next match to get extra points.

Before those teams in the pecking order is The Best in the World That Ever Lived, Chris Jericho and Austin Aries, who will get their opportunity on Main Event, Smackdown, or Heat this week.

Fatal Four-Way, Tag Turmoil Series
Rey Mysterio (Mucha Lucha) def. Joe Hennig (Hennig & Dallas), Cody Rhodes (Rhodes Scholars), and The Miz (ShowMiz): To our surprise, the Undisputed Champion C.M. Punk made his way down and took a seat next to the commentary table, though he had no words for Jerry Lawler nor Michael Cole. It seemed like he's interested to see who wins this match, but I'm not sure why.

This bout saw the first match for "Joe Hennig" on RAW, as part of a tag team moved up a level. He took rookie Bo Dallas under his wing, they won the nXt Tag Team Championship, and now they have an opportunity to go for the same titles on the main shows. On the other hand, The Miz has rekindled his short-lived team with the giant Big Show, for the first time since 2010. Cody Rhodes, meanwhile, hasn't found too much success with partner Damien Sandow, who has taken a liking to rookie Hunter Hearst Helmsley, so their relationship is a bit rocky. Rey and Sin Cara have gotten close in the tag rankings but haven't stepped up when it gets to the important match.

In a rather quick match, Rey Mysterio bloodied Henning with several DDT variations and got the pinfall, while Miz beat down Cody Rhodes on the outside. Mucha Lucha take the lead with the win and Sin Cara will participate in the next round.

The champ was found to be on his phone in the locker room, and this was all we got before the door got shut swiftly: "We'd be honored." "Thanks, I appreciate your help in this effort.."

Stone Cold has only lost once in their two encounters over the WWE Title, the first one resulting in a draw (at Extreme Rules), plus the fans have very much enjoyed seeing these two square off, so it's only fair they get to see this one last time. C.M. Punk didn't look too happy walking his way to the ring from backstage, but his expression changed from anger to confidence as he arrived onto the stage. What did he have up his sleeve?

It became very apparent not too long after. The cameras shifted to the crowd, where the Shield sauntered down the steps before hopping over the barricade. They surrounded both C.M. Punk and the challenger Stone Cold, jumping onto the apron and covering all possible routes of escape. Punk cowered in fear in the corner while Austin stood his ground. Reigns, Rollins, and Ambrose turned their attention to the frightened champion, who suddenly gave a wink.. And it was on.

A full-frontal assault on Austin began, who tried to fight back but the numbers game was too much. Ambrose sent him through the announce table, he was smashed with chairs, was on the receiving end of a Shiranui + multiple Go To Sleeps, was sent into sets of steel steps, thrown into the barricade, and so on. The busted open Stone Cold could do nothing in response to the unexpected attack, and, mercifully, he was put away with a final Go To Sleep. He might be injured in the aftermath of this, but the more important talking point is.. Why? Why is Punk collaborating with the Shield, and what do they have against Austin?

C.M. Punk was quick to answer all of my questions, which are likely the same as the audience's.
He took it upon himself to sit down in the ring with a microphone in hand, similar to some of his "pipe bombs" of the recent past.

"The Shield from injustice had greater purpose.. to restore the faith. For too long the WWE and its 'superstars' have done injustices that cannot be undone. They must pay for their deadly sins. To all those watching, whether it be the stupid, unwashed masses here in the audience, or the millions of idiots who are watching on their little TV screens at home.. your new leader walks among you. My greater purpose is to restore faith and order and to cleanse the WWE and its so-called 'superstars' of their sins. At last, justice will be served."

"...Beside me are my disciples in this journey, or mission, you might call it. Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, welcome. Join me in the ring of faith. Let me introduce you to these men - you may know their names but that's only one piece of the story. Dean Ambrose - one of the best guys on the mic today, and quite frankly he's deranged, but in a good way.. heh. Solid in the ring, but he was held down by the WWE in nXt after getting to the top of multiple companies and in the Shield he began to try and fix that injustice. But he wasn't the only one.. Seth Rollins - he has all the in-ring talent - he's athletic and a great wrestler, a former Ring of Honor World Heavyweight Champion, but the WWE made him wait to get an opportunity in the "big leagues". Think about that - the #1 star in one place is demoted to the minors in another. Roman Reigns, he's the opposite.. a virtual unknown before being in the Shield. He's a 6'3, 265 lb. beast, a former defensive tackle, the brute strength of the group known as the Shield. Another guy not getting a chance because the old has-beens like Dwayne or Undertaker or Hunter or Cena.. they're still hogging up the spotlight that could be given to bright young stars.. Ryback is a another good example of injustice by the WWE.. he's able to come back from an injury, dominate the lowest of the low, and get a shot at my WWE Title, while guys like Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Tyson Kidd - they don't get TV time. While he's a level below me, I'll admit Daniel Bryan is among the best technical wrestlers in the world and he's reduced himself to being known for catchphrases and comedy segments with Kane. Well, I think the Shield will agree that something needs to be done, change must happen, the WWE must be righted of their wrongs. And that's exactly why they're joining me in this crusade. And don't you worry, they're not alone, no. There is more people in the back who I know will reveal their allegiance to us. Soon enough they will profess that they are joining in this effort against the WWE and its principles.. The Nexus has been reborn and those who join us are doing it for the betterment of pro wrestling. A new era of wrestling is upon us.. this revolution is lead by none other than myself, and whether you choose to accept it or not, it is destiny.

You're either Nexus, or you're against us. Pipe bomb!"

Re: WWE '13 Universe Mode Thread - How's Your's Going?

I'm at Extreme Rules 2013, and here's what happened in the weeks leading up to the PPV

-after Damien Sandow won the Intercontinental title at WrestleMania, he began gloating about how he is the one succeeding on his on since Rhodes Scholars split up. Cody Rhodes attacked Sandow backstage, leading to Sandow attacking Rhodes during a match. The exchange words and beatdowns over the next couple of weeks, which has set up an extreme rules match at the PPV (not for the IC title...for pride and bragging rights)

-after seemingly turning on Daniel Bryan, due to his allegiance to The Undertaker, Kane came to the aid of his Team Hell No partner, leading to the two seeming to reunite and dominating the tag team ranks throughout the month. The two will challenge the Usos for the Tag Team titles at Extreme Rules.

-Jack Swagger has been gone back to his "heelish" ways, calling at Zack Ryder for being a disgrace to the United States championship, as he represents the worse kinds of Americans.

-Big Show won a triple threat match to determine the #1 Contender for Alberto del Rio's World Heavyweight title

-The Rock granted CM Punk a rematch for the WWE championship, in an Extreme Rules match...with one stipulation...if CM Punk loses, he has to leave RAW and jump over to Smackdown!


EXTREME RULES RESULTS

Match 1.) A bloody Cody Rhodes defeats Damien Sandow

Match 2.) Alicia Fox retains her Divas championship against Eve

Match 3.) Jack Swagger defeats Zack Ryder, and becomes the new United States champion

Match 4.) The Usos defeat Daniel Bryan in a handicap match, after Kane doesn't show up to compete. The Usos retain their Unified Tag Team titles.

Match 5.) Interpromotional Battle Royal - John Cena defeats Sheamus, Randy Orton, Kofi Kingston, The Miz, & Wade Barrett

Match 6.) Alberto Del Rio defeats Big Show to retain his World Heavyweight Championship in an Extreme Rules match

Match 7.) CM Punk reclaims the WWE championship by defeating The Rock...after interference and an F5 from Brock Lesnar.
