Wow, that sold out on Amazon in under 2 minutes. Luckily I was there right when it opened, applied a $15 certificate I had and got the game for $10.

Re: Price Drop on Amazon
Yea, I hit the button as soon as it said 00:00:00. Gat damn didn't think it would go that fast. Amazon owed me money from other discounts so got it for about $17 and took the free shipping.
I'm thinking they had limited copies as well which is why it sold out fast. I was looking into getting MW2 as it was listed on PS3 until yesterday, but it sold out so they took it off. If they only had 20 copies, when they're gone, they're gone.
And figures, Walmart has it for $25 AND now you can order it online and pick up in store. It was only an in-store offer earlier this morning. Ah well, saved myself the extra money on Amazon and I can live without it for another week.Last edited by Redacted01; 11-23-2012, 12:19 PM.Comment

Re: Price Drop on Amazon
I've never done an Amazon lightning deal in the past and I was all ready to buy this for $25 easily. Didn't think it would go in less than a minute and failed to get it.Comment

Re: Price Drop on Amazon
All the deals go pretty fast unless it is an older game. World at War still has plenty, but Twisted Metal for instance went in just a few minutes this morning.Comment

Put my mobile app on at 12:09 est and refreshed at 12:10. Was at like 50% purchased but I got one. 1 day delivery and all free because I had about
37 in credits.

Re: Price Drop on Amazon
I manage to click when it was still at 0% claimed. Refreshed it 20 seconds later just to see how much it was filling up and it was already up to 38%. Glad I got it when I did.
Activated the Amazon Prime free trial, grabbed 1 day shipping for $4 so I'll have the game for my off day Tuesday.Comment
