Bryan had the US title and was involved in quite a few feuds before winning Money In The Bank. Let's not act like him and Skip are on the same path here.

Kane started talking with the voice box and then slowly began to talk more, leading to the "suck it" moment with x-pac (aka one of the greatest raw moments ever imo). Then he got more fluent at speaking and we got to see how good he is on the mic
