Ryback has played the part very well, and really gets pissed, and i think we got to give Ryback some credit for really being a legit force in the WWE. however...i am disappointed in where WWE has gone with this fued. the brad maddox referee interference thing was not good even for WWE standards. and then the NXT guys interfering in the triple threat match with cena. then in the interview this week on raw with michael cole their reasons for interfering, their reasons for doing what they did, how it was injustice that Punk had to defend the title in a triple threat match!

the reasons the NXT guys gave is so weak!! ohh the triple threat match was so unfair? how about how unfair it was to Ryback that he got low blowed by a ref, and didn't even get a 1 on 1 re-match with Punk? i mean isn't that much more unfair then Punk being put in a triple threat title match? hasn't their been plenty of champions that fought in a triple threat? the problem with these angles is they are so over the top, even for WWE. if they really want to make a big deal of Punk being champion for as long as he has, then script a way for Punk to beat Ryback fair and square, or at least without any help. so now, we get Ryback vs Punk in a TLC match. so, again we still aren't getting a real 1 on 1 match where you have to win via pinfall or submission. you know what i mean?

all these shenanigans, and we still haven't gotten a real actual re-match from HIAC. in the TLC, what's to stop these NXT guys again to interfere and take out Ryback so Punk can climb a ladder and grab the title? i mean do any of you actually think Ryback will win this match? i don't, and i hope WWE proves me wrong and Ryback somehow wins it. but for what it's worth, that Ryback vs Punk HIAC match was the first time in a long time i really had that little bit of doubt to who would win. because i knew there could be no outside interference with the HIAC. it just seems like Ryback has no chance in this TLC match with a match between CM Punk vs the Rock booked for Royal Rumble. and then after this match, if Punk grabs the title, it's hard to see CM Punk facing Ryback again. because then Punk will have "beaten" Ryback 3 times. and yet still he would not have pinned Ryback in a 1 on 1 match (without interference) to retain. Punk is much more agile then Ryback and can probably climb a ladder faster then Ryback. i thought it would ahve really served well to have 2 or 3 real classics with Ryback, even if Punk won them, but they were the kind of matches he had in ROH, lets say a 30 or 40 minute match or two with Ryback that really had the fans on the edge of their seat, with kickouts, momentum shifts, but then Ryback got tired from having to be in a long match or something, then i'd totally respect Punk that much more.
The Ryback thing was rushed. They have no one else besides Cena as a face right now worthy of Punk. The HIAC match sucked big time. Total waste of space. I didn't like it all. In fact that PPV was the worst this year by far and i've seen them all. I think its actually been a decent PPV year and HIAC except the Sheamus/Show match was pretty bad when comparing them with others. Didn't help that the crowd was HORRIBLE either.

Its tough though, I see your point with all these shenanigans but where else do you go? We've seen punk pretty much beat everybody worth facing him. I don't want Ryback getting the title yet, it just squashes the entire roster the same way Goldberg did back in his heyday. Have Ryback win the rumble and face big show for the title at Mania and thats where he gets his spot and can stay away from the WWE championship and punk for awhile until they really see how it works out. They need to stop just pushing guys for the sake of pushing guys and build them up. I think right now Ryback is a fad that will fade if not built properly. All these shenanigans protects him from losing cleanly and is stuff the majority of fans will forget about when they see Ryback win the rumble and than the World Title at Mania. Use the World Title reign away from Punk to see if Ryback is a fad or not. You don't want this guy being the one to dethrone punk's long reign they have been hyping up if he just disappears in a few months.

I think it was Soltrain I was speaking with but you were right, Cena did divorce his wife. The resolve their differences thing I read about was in terms of keeping the details of the divorce confidential and non-dirty.

...yeah, you had it right. I was mistaken. But hey Cena is apparently shmanging the single Bella Twin so woop woop lol
