What are some of your favorite title runs?
Just been looking through some old videos and the like and was wondering what some of your favorite runs were. Mark Henry's push/title run was amazing in my opinion. I enjoyed Daniel Bryan's run, more so for the development of the character, the way he lost it was disappointing. Samoa Joe's first X Division title run was amazing. I really enjoyed LAX's run with the tag titles as well.Tags: None -

Kane's WWF Championship run from 06/28/98 to 06/29/98.
Greatest WWF Championship run, ever.--

I liked Mark Henry's run as well. Flair's NWA Title run after beating Von Erich, Mr. Perfect's IC Title run, Vader's WCW Title run, and Christian's ECW Title run were some great ones. JBL's WWE Title run was a pleasant surprise. Outside the big two, I throughly enjoyed Joe's and Danielson's ROH Title runs.Comment

I was a big fan of The Miz's WWE title run. Even with the Lawler stuff he did a hell of a job. It sucks they didn't capitalize on it and keep his momentum going.
I also liked Randy Orton's run as IC champion when he was doing his Legend Killer gimmick and taking on guys like RVD and Foley.
I was a fan of The Rock and Mankind's run (I'm lumping them together as one run since they passed that thing back and forth like a hot potato).Comment

I enjoyed one of D-Lo Brown's European title runs in the late 90s, when he would go over to Europe for little sketches or whatever.
I also enjoyed Dean Malenko's Cruiserweight title run after he entered a battle royal, simply because of Jericho's promos and his trip to DC.

JBL's title run is probably the last I really enjoyed, it was probably the last long run someone has had that wasn't completely boring at points for me.Saints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

The Undertaker's WWF Championship run from March 1997 (WrestleMania 13)-August 1997 (SummerSlam). A lot of people forget he defended the title against Faarooq at the 1997 King of the Ring. Haha.
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin's WWF Championship run after WrestleMania XIV.Comment

CM Punks run has been fun. Some pretty good matches over the last year. Wish they would let him win clean more though.
Bryan's Run was also cool but that loss at WM was total b.s. WWE does some stupid stuff sometimes.
I actually like The Miz and he did a decent job as champion.
I loved Mankind's short run and back and forth with The Rock in early 99. It was so unexpected and just a cool time. I remember watching the Royal Rumble and thinking damn he's getting his *** kicked but still couldn't believe Mankind quit. That was played pretty well I thought.
I like the short unexpected runs you get sometimes. I liked Edge's run when cashed in the MITB the first time. That was unexpected for me and cool. I also liked his feud with Cena at times.
I didn't watch a whole lot of wwe in the late 90's because I watched Nitro and got pretty involved with NWO than Goldberg's run at the time. It was a fun time with the streak and all. The crowds were nuts and seeing him roll over everybody felt new and fresh because of how stale the NWO was becoming.Comment
