Match #1 Undisputed Tag Team Championship: Kofi Kingston and R-Truth v.s. Legacy.
Background: Legacy had won the titles a few weeks ago due to their dominance in the tag division. The team of Truth and Kingston are going for a rematch at the tag titles.
Match #2 World Tag Team Championship: The Acolytes v.s. The Road Warriors.
Background: The Road warriors won the right as the #1 contenders. The Acolytes have yet to lose though in the tag division making this a very difficult match for the road warriors.
Match #3 United States Championship: Daniel Bryan v.s. Antonio Cesaro
Background: Daniel Bryan has been on a hot streak lately but did stumble on a road block losing to Mark Henry. Cesaro plans to invoke his Rematch clause from previously holding the title and wants it back.
Match #4 Intercontinental Championship: Chris Jericho v.s. Eddie Guerrero
Background: By defeating Ken Shamrock more than once Eddie became the #1 contender and will be a fan favorite as he goes up against the 10 time intercontinental champion Chris Jericho.
Match #5 Steel Cage Match: Dolph Ziggler v.s. John Cena
Background: With Cena in kind of a downward spiral the last few weeks, he's had Ziggler screwing with his head and taking cheapshots. A few days before the PPV he attacked cena and Big Show delivered A knockout punch on Cena thanks to Zigglers actions. Ziggler is sick of not getting any recognition and Cena looks to get revenge and shut ziggler up for good.
Match #6 WWE Championship TLC Match: Randy Orton v.s. CM Punk
Background: With the Formation of Legacy and Orton's suprise capturing of the title at Unforgiven he took out the Rock and Injured him putting him out for a couple of weeks. CM Punk had to witness this beating but couldn't stop it because he was stuck in the ropes. He seeked Vengance by going after the title. Randy Orton has gotten the better of him in the past few weeks but they go head to head tonight.
Match #7 Hell in a Cell: Undertaker v.s. Shawn Michaels
Background: The past few weeks have just been bad for Undertaker he was cheapshotted multiple weeks by the Heartbreak kid who has been nothing but bitter since losing his shot at the title. He delivered a beatdown in a parking lot to the undertaker slamming him into a car and beating him with a lead pipe. However Undertaker demanded the match and got a bit of taste of revenge by delivering a chokeslam to him this past week.
Match #8 Hell in a Cell World Heavyweight Championship: Bret Hart v.s. Stone Cold
Background: Bret Hart is champion and claims he is the best there is. Stone cold was screwed his first shot at the title by Shawn Michaels. He would battle shawn for the #1 contenders spot and win at Unforgiven. He's been battling it out with Bret ever since. There's been cheapshots exchange and harshwords. They will battle it out tonight for the Gold.
