Yeah, but assuming Rollins/Reigns win, Ambrose would technically hold the title as well (Freebird Rule.)

Just because they're a faction doesn't mean the rule is in place. They would not be the first (and certainly not the last) to not use it.

Yeah this has been a horrible month of WWE programming. Punk and Ziggler missing it more or less ruins the PPV.

This sums up my thoughts pretty much.

The WWE really needs Ziggler and Punk right now.

I couldn't care less about the Ryback/Cena "feud" if thats what you want to call it. Triple H and Lesnar have been great in the past, but for the most part their previous two matches have been boring.

I opted to watch playoff hockey last night and flip back to RAW between intermissions. I caught what little important stuff there is.

I really didn't anticipate a good RAW at all, especially right before a PPV.

Long gone are the days where I spend two and a half hours watching RAW (30 minutes worth of commercials). If it's not interesting me, I'll find something else to do and watch the replay of it the next day.

They dropped the ball by having Ryback goes against Cena, it would have worked prior when he was big with the fans. Now it's just one big meh.

They messed up with Ryback by having him talk, then having him full turn, then complaining cena didnt help him, then having him run, then having him fight other heels, then then then.

The convoluted story between him Cena and Shield doesnt help things.

Cena has nobody to face and I dont see that changing anytime soon. We may be in for a long *** run for Cena. Not a chance in hell they give the belt to Ryback and Punk wont get that belt back for a while.

The convoluted story between him Cena and Shield doesnt help things.

Yeah I mean really Ryback should be pissed at the Shield and Brad Maddox more than anyone, they are the ones that cost him the WWE title. Cena actually supported Ryback, and led the "feed me more" chants, and basically gave Ryback his shot at the title so Ryback could get his.

The idea that Ryback has a grudge against Cena makes no sense. Cena was basically his ally, but then Cena won the title, so then Ryback wanted the title. I thought the Ryback Punk fued was a great fued. That had real energy, and I thought their hell in a cell match was one of the better matches we've seen in the last year or so...until the shenanigans. you had a destructive force in Ryback going against Punk's speed and agility.

WWE is a mess right now, from the WWE App advertisements, to Ziggler bailing out of defending his title, to an I quit match between Del Rio and Swagger. a tables match between Del Rio and Swagger would have been better. but WWE will only do a tables match in the TLC PPV. WWE is limiting itself in so many ways its absurd. they need to get back to more organic storylines and fueds. they have so much talent but the creative team is just not getting the job done. honestly AJ vs Kaitlin is probably the best natural fued going right now, and that says a lot about where WWE is at.

Wow, what an awful post-Mania run for the WWE.

Ryback and Cena is one huge awful meh.
Ziggler gets a concussion and even before then his title run has been really lame. It's not even a big deal it seems, and I love Zigglypuff.
The Shield/Hell No and Fandango/Jericho have been interesting at least. But why is The Shield involved in Ryback/Cena????

Extreme Rules, I won't even be going to the pub where they get WWE ppvs. Wow. Sad. I'm usually optimistic to. I hope things pick up after Extreme Rules. Punk needs to return....BADLY.

But that's just it, it was a weak "heel turn" promo. Ryback should be attacking the shield rather then getting pissed at Cena for not saving him when the shield attacked him. It was only a heel turn because Ryback went against John Cena, the face of the company. The fans were cheering both Ryback and Cena, but then the fans had to choose between Cena and Ryback.

the belt kinda was the basis for the Ryback "heel turn". if Cena wasn't champ, Ryback wouldn't have turned heel by going after Cena. he went after Cena mainly because he seeks the WWE title, and Cena was the champ. the shield were the ones who prevented Ryback from becoming champ in the past, not Cena. this is why the Ryback - Cena fued is lacking substance. it's confusing the WWE universe. Ryback should be pissed at the shield more then anyone.

when you're supposedly an indestructible force, a supposed lone warrior like Ryback, it's petty and unmanly to blame Cena for not rescuing him instead of going after the shield, the ones who were repeatedly attacking him. it's too convoluted. the best rivalries and fueds are the organic ones that come about due to character differences and simple storylines. Ryback himself was supposed to team up with Orton and Sheamus to take on the shield, but then was put into a fued with Henry at the expense of the fued with the shield. It's a lot of missed opportunities for relevant meaningful story lines to make way for forced fueds with little to no substance.

Reading recaps of the past few weeks confirms I've made the right decision in giving up on Raw. Nothing but a waste of time.

Hard to justify spending 3 hours or even an hour and change on tape watching Raw with NHL and NBA playoffs being on plus numerous other things that are far more entertaining.

No surprise so many others around here have decided to do the same.

Kinda glad they're not. Those long threads were full of fluff and a pain to get through.

Of course, I'll take better shows and fluff to read any day over shows that are full of fluff and nothing to read.
