There's definitely potential for HHH to be physically scared of Bryan in the future, but now he thinks he's got him where he wants him.

It can't be undersold just how well Big Show played his part during the main event. Clenched fists, an angry look, even shaking a little bit through frustration was very good and it added greatly to the storyline. How long before he snaps and knocks out HHH or Orton?

I wouldn't be at all surprised for Bryan/HHH to be the end game here and not just Bryan/Orton since we've seen that match a few times already. How is this for a scenario:

Orton hangs on to the title for a few months, beating Bryan at the next few PPVs with outside interference from The Shield, or getting himself disqualified, referee screwjob, etc.

Finally, at the Royal Rumble Cena comes back as special referee (not quite ready to wrestle yet, but okay to ref a match) so there is no funny business and Bryan finally goes over Orton to win the title back.

Then at Elimination Chamber, HHH and the "new corporation" are confident that Bryan will lose the title again to any of the five other competitors in the match, but he wins, making it so he will be the champ at 'mania. Perhaps Cena, finally able to work a match, will eliminate Orton in the chamber match so that will give those two something to do.

HHH, fed up and super pissed that Orton couldn't get the job done, uses his COO powers to put himself into the title match (assuming whomever wins the Royal Rumble goes after the WHC) against Bryan at 'mania.

Bryan and HHH have an amazing main event match at 'mania and Bryan goes over clean, making HHH tap out in the middle of the ring and a mega-star is born.

That would be so much better for Bryan than just chasing and beating Orton for the title. He's already beaten Orton clean so that isn't a huge step, like going over HHH at 'mania would be. Like a lot of people are saying, this is HHH living vicariously through Orton anyway and Randy is just his henchman.

I don't know if we'll ever see Triple H physically "scared" or intimidated of Bryan. With McMahon, being physically outmatched was the focus because McMahon was a white collar person. This I could see more of Bryan mentally outmatching this Corporation. He has the beard. He's the REAL Damien Sandow. He will be able to get to Triple H in other ways. This is going to take awhile. I don't think we need to worry about what has and hasn't happened yet two weeks in.

Actually agree with a doc. After what we've all seen through HHH's career, why would he be afraid of DB? I assume he'd take a sledgehammer to him before showing any fear. I think him not taking DB serious is perfect.

Yeah I agree and admitted that there is plenty more for us to see in this story. I just wanted to start a conversation. One thing Im glad is that the WWE isnt afraid to recycle older storylines with subtle nuances that long time fans can pick up on; the Orton/HHH promo from last week as a clear as day example.

WWE should re-use older storylines more often, no reason to not use what worked so well in the past.

For the first time in at least several weeks, I sat down and watched Raw almost from start to finish. I said this last week, I'll say it again. WWE has the chance for some great TV here. I really like the Bryan vs. Corporation angle. I was really expecting someone to save Bryan from the Shield as the show ended. Punk/Axel/Heyman was a great segment. Miz/Fandango...not sure how I feel about their feud yet.

Anyone else get a little frustrated when every superstar came out at the end of the show, and Ziggler came out? He wasn't on Raw/in a match/ segment of his own, which upsets me because he has so much talent.

Sometimes people need a night off. Not every big name has to wrestle on Raw every week, and you still watched it from start to finish which shows that you didn't need Ziggler wrestling to still enjoy it.

You could also take it as he wasn't booked due to his 'transgressions' against HHH?

IMO him stood there doing a silent interview had as much impact as him having a short singles match.

Good point. Neither him or Big Show wrestled. So maybe they'll actually use that.

......I don't even know what to think or say. I was sick of the Bellas yelling off camera during the promo and hearing them sing A-Ry's theme. Now, they will have a camera in front of them to hear them complain. *sigh* Maybe Natalya will take it to heart or something and really think about her career and what not (storyline wise, since we know WWE has given her nothing to do.) Definitely saddened by this news. :/

From everything I've read that show is completely staged, not unlike actual wrestling, so that doesn't surprise me.

I don't mind using old storylines in new ways either. Wrestling is all cyclical anyway. See what you can do with the parts you have. The nuances in this storyline are great.

You guys actually had the reference wrong. He wouldn't have filled the car with cement since it was Rocky Orton's car. He would have driven over it with a monster truck.
