Logo data disappearing

Hey guys....having a problem with my custom logo data....

Every time I go to create or download one from CC is tells me I have to create a custom logo data save(or whatever it says). I press "Ok". I do my thing. Everything is fine, until I shut my PS3 down. I start it back up and boom, all the logos are gone..created and dl'd.

Can anyone think of anything I might be doing to create this? Thanks

I noticed the same thing. Every time I download a TNA logo it isn't there the next time I play the game.

Well, I'm glad it's not just me....although sorry to hear it's happening to others....just wish I knew the damn reason!

This was a problem for me on PS3 last year also.

This was ok for me up until a few days ago. All my logos keep disappearing. LOL!

Oh wow..so it seems like this is a problem for a number of people then...weird. Yeah, mine was fine up until about a week or so ago..then, poof, gone.

Same here, mine keep disappearing. I hope they patch this soon.

I just found this.

Hi all so i thought i had a bug where everytime i turned on my ps3 all my downloaded logos would disappear. Turns out the solution is simple:

Before you download any logos go into creations/logos as if your going to create 1 yourself. That way it will create a custom logo save file, then you can download all the logos you want and theyll stay there. Ive never come across the problem before so i must have just done that without knowing in all past games but just thought id share as I seen a couple of others comment on the issue.

You need a custom logo file in order to save a custom logo. I think CC is glitched and it allowed people who didn't create a custom logo file to download the custom logo. It's not really a bug, if you just save the custom logo file, you won't ever face this problem again!

I reported it with their online support, and got the generic "we'll pass it on" type of replies.

Will it get patched? I doubt it - I get the feeling 2K cares about post-launch support here about as much as THQ did.

Yeah, I tried this too last night and it does not work. I am not sure what caused this issue. Was there a patch a week ago or so? This sucks because you can't even have the right aesthetics.

No idea what caused it either.

There haven't been any patches. The only updates released for PS3 were preloads for the DLC a couple days before release. Maybe that screwed it up for some people, but I've had this issue since release so I wouldn't know.

I didn't have any issues up until last week. I have IMPACT as a brand and I can't even use the logo for it which kind of kills the fun. I was going to then just use the WCW logo for TNA/IMPACT, but I don't know yet. Freakin Yukes really drives me nuts.
