"Eugene" is Bischoff's "nephew". Bischoff told William Regal that he could return to Raw if he agreed to manage Eugene. Regal agreed to before meeting Eugene, not knowing his situation.

So Regal searches backstage for Eugene, and eventually finds an apparently mentally challenged man who introduces himself. "Me Eugene, you Regal."

There was another segment in which "Eugene" came out with J.R. and King and babbled some nonsense.

And to put it out there, Eugene is supposed to be a mentally challenged individual. I have seen clips of house shows he has performed on. He has done thing such as walk out during other wreslter's entrances (which are actually 2 matches before his), and then wander around the ringside area for 2 matches before his match.

I am truly sorry for anyone who has someone who is challenged, mentally or physically, in their family. This is a black eye to wrestling.

Sensitivity has nothing to do with it. He is playing a mentally challenged person. You have no idea the impact of that without having someone like that in your family, or someone you know and/or care about. I am not even going to touch on the fact that Nick Dinsmore is probably the best talent they have at OVW and has been loyal to the company for years, only to get stuck with this.

I am one of the people that found the Katie Vick angle somewhat entertaining and was not completely offended by it. When 'Eugene' came on the screen, I knew what was coming (after seeing house show footage on it). What he did tonight is the tip of the iceberg. The worst thing about this, as I stated above, is unlike Zach Gowen, he doesn't win matches, or even try to.

Having a character like that is like taking a group of your friends and going to find a challenged person, surrounding him, and pushing him around just because you can. Not funny one bit.

While we're at it, let's all go to the special education schools in your area and laugh because they can't concentrate on one thing, or laugh because they talk funny or walk funny, or laugh because of whatever reason makes them different from us.

After all, as long as we have thick skin, who cares about them...
