    Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread

I've been watching on Daily Motion starting with the first Raw in 93 and I'm up to Ground Zero in 97. I'll probably keep watching Raw on DM then use the Network for PPVs starting at Badd Blood 97.

I'll probably be starting beginning of 96. Catch the start of the nwo and move through the MNW era.

          Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread

i think its pretty safe to say, after doing some personal research, that the WWE Network will not be carrying old episodes of Raw, Smackdown, or WCW. at least off the bat. and that really upsets me because i was looking forward to that. looks like they will only have the best of Raw and Smackdown for 2012 & 2013.

Man there are no flashers... now what are we going to do for vd
I'm sure there's plenty of prostitutes you could pay if you really want vd.
yea but will they take psn cards
Depends on what area of a hooker you would use to redeem them.

Did they ever promise that? Don't want to necessarily single you out because I've seen this mentioned on several forums, but I don't remember WWE ever saying anything more than select episodes/matches at launch.

The only thing I remember as far as full shows being available is a months-old rumor about Network content.

They never promised any old shows other than the PPVs. That is correct.

                Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread

With the WWE Network being brand new they can't throw everything out all at once. But they won A LOT of footage. I think we will absolutely be able to eventually watch old episodes of Raws and other shows. They may or may not release a year at a time, but why wouldn't they eventually add a Raw rewind where on October 10 of next year they offer us every Raw and Nitro from that week? Then take it down the next week to put the others up?

Might happen. Might not. But I can't imagine WWE not wanting to showcase everything they can.

I wouldn't mind them airing old episodes of Superstars/Wrestling Challenge. I'll gladly watch a bunch of squash matches just to hear Vince/Ventura and Heenan/Monsoon doing commentary.

I think it's insane to think that they won't show past Raws and SmackDowns.

This thing hasn't even launched and people are already making assumptions that are only that.

WWE never made promises they were giving us the full range of their archives all at once because if they did a lot of people would bail out on the network after the six month commitment, maybe down the line they will start a programming block of raw and nitro

I'll probably start right before the Attitude Era. I grew up watching right at the tail end going into the WCW/ECW Invasion, so I'd like to see the buildup to that and just keep moving forward to today.

Also, since I missed it, I'll check out the Straight Edge Society era of Smackdown.

No, they said it's for sure 9.99 a month. You just have to do the 6 months because the WWE didn't want people to subscribe to the network for a month just to get WrestleMania for free.
