Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
I just accidentally cleared my entire viewing history while just going through trying to delete stuff from my "continue watching" section. Not a big deal but it's annoying seeing all of the RAW/Nitro and PPVs that I've watched no longer having that check mark next to them (Apple TV). Ugh.Comment

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
I think the Rock Concert has something to do with copyright but i'm not entirely certain. As for the people doing all these random edits it's a little infuriating. I remember when the Network first launched they were all "we won't edit and change things" but that promise went down faster than the Titanic.
Oh well, FINALLY, Thunder has come to the NETWORK! By the time I get to the Monday Night Wars they should have all of Thunder up (I hope) so this is good. I can have the virtual "WWF vs WCW" experience.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
They don't have Heat up yet do they? Cause I know especially in early days they used to have notable events happening there too.
Though even if heat is up, don't know if I'd actually be able to watch it all. Somehow I feel like my memories of watching heat when I first started watching WWE will be destroyed if I watch it again. After all, XFactor (not just for their theme) were one of things I liked seeing on Heat. And I loved watching their pre ppv heats, which I'm sure aren't so diff from modern day preshows that I don't care about much lol.Comment

Heat is not up but I hope when they do put it on the Network that they also throw in the Halftime Heat from one of the Super Bowls where Rock and Foley had an empty arena match. (If i'm remembering correctly)Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

I'd imagine that'd be the first one they'd be trying hardest to put up.Comment

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
Apparently WWE Network is still making random edits like crazy and stuff that doesn't make sense. For example, they've apparently completely dubbed over every instance of Goldberg's WWE theme with his WCW theme. I just went to the main event of Summerslam 03 to confirm and it indeed was his WCW theme. Which is ironic, because I believe when the Network first came out, they were using his WWE theme dubbed over some of his WCW matches...Comment

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
It's so refreshing going back to 2003 and not groaning every time I see the sight of John Cena on my screen. It's ridiculous how entertaining that dude is/was and how they've allowed him to just fester in staleness for over a decade now.Comment

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
Please tell me they did edit Hollywood Hogan’s theme and gave him the Voodoo Child entrance. [emoji1488]

Still that same garbage *** theme they gave him. Except on like one random *** 2002 episode of Smackdown I think around the time he was feuding with Brock. He literally comes out to Voodoo Child, then after his promo the crappy generic theme plays.

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
So a couple of months back I started watching 96 WWF, I started with the 1st Raw of the new year. I'm now up to King of the Ring 96 and as soon as I see Owen come out to do commentary I start marking out. I remembered how he's one of the best things about that show.Mets/Giants/Knicks/Rangers/Manchester United/Notre Dame Football

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
There could literally just be a thread all about Owen Hart on here and there'd be more than enough to talk about.
Anyways, I finished Summerslam and now onto Raw after Summerslam 98...but it's not even happening the Monday after Summerslam? Next 2 weeks apparently took place on Saturdays? Something like that would never happen today right? Getting completely pushed out of your day/timeslot for back to back weeks, right after one of your biggest events of the year?!
Anyways, the first show was nothing but Undertaker and Kane just destroying everyone. Not even exaggerating, they were in around 75% of the segments/matches on that show. Unfortunately, one of the only matches they didn't interrupt was the Oddities match?!
That opening segment with Mr.McMahon, I think this might have been the first time I heard Mr.McMahon getting a certain type of chant that would happen so many times over next several years (which as JR describes it, the fans are chanting their favourite part of the human anatomy). A minute or two after that, he proceeds to call Undertaker and Kane a certain word (and isn't talking about the female anatomy in this instance).
Speaking of the female anatomy, after all that was said and done, they cut to a bathroom segment with some woman over simulating out loud what was going on with Val Venis.Comment
