Things really changing after judgement day!
Survivor series tournament announced. Undertaker and Bearer back together and the ministry of darkness begins! Jarrett debuts Debra. Henry gets Chyna arrested. Nation officially confirmed as split. Godfather officially here. He was changing during the nation, but this is his first real godfather appearance. Wwf warzone n64 mentioning!
What's with the rocks themes? Don't think I've ever heard this version before. It's like some upbeat version of his "the rock says" theme.
McMahon tries hiding from Austin all night including Mankind trying to play twister with him lol. Austin eventually finds him and literally everyone just stands by and watches a fired guy with a crossbow and gun kidnap their boss. Funny moment during that, Austin rams McMahons wheelchair into doors and walls and then is like "don't worry, I used to work in a hospital" (referencing the Doctor Austin moment a few weeks back). Then makes McMahon oink. And of course the "Bang 3:16" moment too lol. I wonder what people were thinking back then seeing that segment. You have a guy with a gun all night long threatening to use it, and then coming out in middle of the ring with it.Comment

Why not? NAO I'm with you, but DX at the time they did it made sense. The group had pretty much done everything to that point and run it's course. Triple H was definitely ready to move on and become a singles star as well so that was pretty much the end of things. They definitely shouldn't have broken up the Outlaws when they did, but they had to try attempt number 450,720 to get Billy over as a singles star and he just wasn't made to be a singles guy. Billy unfortunately for him was just one of those guys who was made to be a tag team wrestler.
I think the bigger question mark for me was why the reunion with Triple H? DX was split at WM in March of '99, by September/October of '99 they were back together minus Chyna as Triple H's lackeys instead of the fairly equal group that they were originally. I guess they felt heel champion Triple H needed to look stronger with a stable, but I think he would have been fine on his own without bringing DX back into it.Comment
