Seriously, all of the evidence can sadly be found at this past Royal Rumble. All of his buddies and his pet project Wyatt went over; kind of a pathetic thing to force people to buy IMO.

It's hard to believe last night's episode wasn't rewritten a dozen times before it aired, reading through the results it didn't feel like a planned night after a major ppv show, but more like a throw everything together and end it with a 6 man tag.

The real way to get the brass at WWE to put Bryan all the way over is to buy only his merch and watch only his segments on Raw and Smackdown, this will never happen but it's the only way.

You're only kidding yourself if you think Bryan still has a chance at his crowning Wrestlemania moment. They are giving him to Sheamus, you can predictably see the booking coming already, Bryan elimantes him in the chamber, Sheamus gets pissed and tears Bryan apart making him lose his title shot again, thus setting up the Wrestlemania 28 rematch of the bury fest of Daniel Bryan. It's sad and pathetic how they treat the most over guy.

I am possibly the biggest Daniel Bryan fan here and I don't agree with you.

Bryan vs Bray was so good that Bryan didn't need the win. The win legitimises Wyatt as a real threat but Bryan if anything gained popularity because of the sheer quality of the contest. You also have to remember - kayfabe-wise, Bray is at least 70 lbs heavier than Bryan.

Bryan's team won the 6-man tag with him doing the lion's share of the work in that bout. This week has done as much for him as maybe winning the Rumble itself.

I wasn't trying to complain about Bray picking up the win and eventual rub from pinning a star, but I was actually just stating that he's a Triple H pet project, and was a part of the line up of Triple H buds that all got victories at the Royal Rumble... hell even Nash had a spot in the rumble itself.

I disagree on the 6 man tag being the same as the Rumble itself, kayfabe wise the Rumble puts you in Wrestlemania for the title and there's nothing anyone can do about it but the winner himself. <- The past six months D Bryan has been ridiculed by the 'authority' and has had chances taken away countless of times. This was the one spot where he could've had his shot without anything the 'authority' could do to negate it. It would've been the eventual build up of the payoff and a seemingly real underdog story for Wrestlemania, but I suppose that's my only thinking.

Anyone care if I do the Raw thread next week?

I mean, it might suck - I just want to do one once.

Maybe somebody in upper management is jealous that he's engaged to that Bella twin? Lol

It now all makes sense!!!!!! So John is the golden child of WWE, and he doesn't want to/won't get married again, to Nikki. And Bryan proposing to Brie made Nikki jealous, and John noticed Nikki's jealousy as she starting pushing towards wanting to be married. So John went to management and told them to bury Bryan in hope that Brie calls off the wedding because he's not a winner, and constantly gets his *** kicked. Nikki will be less obsessed with being married, thus taking the pressure off of John.
