Just now did I finally get WWE 2k14 for the ps3. Loving it so far, but I have a problem.

I opened the game and the guide is in french. Well that's not the bad part. It was no online code.

Does anyone know where to get one cheaper than the 10 bucks they want for it online?

Pretty sure this was a fairly common mistake. Call 2k, they were taking care of people.

I just got mine yesterday and have the same problem, no code.

Called 2k. They said they would get me one.

2 days later no code.

Called again. Said they sent it to their vc department. Will be done in 2 days.

2 days later. No code. Said they have to go in order.

Been 2 more days. I hate waiting.

You called them, I e-mailed them. It took 2 days for them to get back to me and they said contact the store I bought it from (Gamestop) they gave them codes for this problem. That's not to mention what you have to e-mail to them. Which is a picture of the receipt with the price seen on there, your e-mail address on the receipt, the date, a picture of the book and the case with a separate piece of paper with your e-mail address on it. Crazy but I did it all. All that is what their website said to do for this problem.

So after I get the e-mail back from them I send one to Gamestop and it takes them 2 days to get back to me only to say that it's a packaging problem and they don't have any codes, and I have to contact the company that makes the game.

So I send an e-mail back with a copy of the e-mail from 2k and then I send a copy of the Gamestops e-mail to 2k. In both of them I tell them how I am getting pissed that I am getting bounced back and forth between the 2 of them. It has now been 2 days again and have not heard anything back from them. If I don't hear nothing by noon tomarrow I will call 2k and get my point across.

This is really starting to make me mad.

You did buy the code, when you bought the game. I can understand they messed up, no big deal, but when you contact them and prove you just bought it they should just give you a code. All this waiting is BS.

I just called 2k and waited 30 minutes and then was disconnected.

So I just sent them another e-mail letting them know how angry I am, and that if I don't get a response in 48 hours I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. We will see if I can get anywhere now.
