Picked up Raw 2

Yesterday I was out and stopped in and Gamespot. I was just looking around and saw Raw 2 for $25 used. I picked it up. I like the game. I had seen mixed reviews about this game but I think it's pretty good. I started a season with Chris Benoit. I was winning matches and doing good but no title shot. I finally called out Austin who was the WWE Champion and he agreed to a match. We had a street fight at Summerslam. I made the Texas Rattlesnake tap out to the Crippler Crossface and became the NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW WWE Champion.

It's a pretty cool game and a lot of wrestlers to choose from.

Yea, it's a pretty good game, especially multiplayer. But there are to many patheticly stupid bugs in story mode to really make me enjoy it.

I wish they would just bring Smackdown over to Xbox.

Personally I'd hate it if they brought over Smackdown to Xbox. This is just my opinion, but I'm getting tired of Yukes. Though, I am looking forawrd to see what Studio Gigante will do with Wrestlemania 21. I hope they use their bruising/bleeding feature from Tao Feng (although it'll almost certainly have to be toned down for Wrestlemania 21). Just imagine being in a huge match up for the WWE Championship. 15 minutes into the match both you and your opponent are bruised, beaten and bloody but still pushing for the win. Finally, you overcome your opponent and after all the blood, sweat, and tears you're holding the championship in your hands...

I'm really looking forward to see what Studio Gigante will do!

Well, who knows what they are doing with their wrestling games. Day Of Reckoning for GC looks damn good, as there's a sweet new preview over at IGN for it. I know the new XBOX title is Wrestlemania XXI, which better not be an updated WMXIX from the Gamecube, because those WM games on GC sucked IMO. Hopefully Smackdown vs. RAW for PS2 stays generally the same as HCTP.

I also just rented RAW 2 like 3 weeks ago, and had a pretty good time with it for that week. My only beef was the ******** AI. That, and the Hell In A Cell was messed up. Everytime I got on the top of the cell with the other guy, he kept on running away to the back corner of the cell, then came charging at me repetitively. It got really frustrating. I will say that the Royal Rumble in RAW 2 was pretty fun though, and definitely better than Smackdown's.

Yeah, I hate the ******** ai in RAW 2 as well. It's a shame though, because you can do so many cool moves of the ladder (like flip over the opponent, grab him and powerbomb him through a table) but the idiot AI just walks into the ladder and won't climb it when I'm up there waiting. I also hate the AI in Hell in a Cell. I know what you're talking about cause it's happened to me too many times.

The AI forced me to sell the game. The worst thing for me was the fact that the backstage video story things, had no effect what-so-ever. Not even written dialogue. Actually that wasn''t the worst thing. The worst thing was when the AI would try to pin you 7 times in a row.
