Who gets released?

With The Ascension, Lucha Dragons, Owens, and Neville coming up recently, and Zayn, Balor, Charlotte, and Banks on the way, the rosters gonna be quite crowded. Especially the midcard (for now) and divas division.

Who do you guys think gets released on the main roster to make room for these stars?

I think he'd do better for himself on the independents. He'd be popular due to his time in WWE.

I think guys like Kane/Show/Henry need to hang 'em up. And as much as I'd like to, I can't see any of them getting a good way out, I see all of them getting the Vicki treatment lol.

I think Los Matadores need a gimmick change or a release. They would do good with Carlito on the road.

I don't think anyone gets release, but the existing talent either needs to be part of a stellar tag team or used as enhancement talent going forward:

My guess:
Los Matadores(and for some unexplainable reason,El Torito STAYS on roster)

Christian(not gone entirely,but they might just have him released from his superstars contract and offer him some new deal like WWE Network analyst or some kind of backstage stuff in NXT/Performance Center)

David Otunga(not gone from company,but prob a contract switch up to a diff position,which might have happened already,we just don't know)

Scott Stanford(not really doing alot in WWE anymore,I could see him asking for release so he could go back to the sports broadcasting stuff he does,maybe ESPN will want him too)

While they got nothing legit for Rosa to do, I believe she's still on Total Divas so at worst she stays for that.

As for Fandango, send him back to NXT to reinvent Johnny Curtis..

No chance in hell the Prime Time Players get released SmashMan. They are just now getting a push.

I don't see Adam Rose going anywhere either. He's very talented and still green. Heel gimmick is sorta over with him. More time is needed to evaluate.

Ryder I can see being let go. Like someone else said, he would probably make a killing on the Independent circuit.

Bo isn't going anywhere. Family counts for a lot in WWE.

I could see Los Matadores being let go.

As far as the Diva's release them all except Paige for all I care. Bring up all the NXT Divas.

For some ungodly reason, that's when WWE usually releases guys, particularly brothers.

Remember when they started pushing D'Lo with the Down with the Brown thing and then like two or three weeks after they started pushing him and it was getting over they released him. Same thing with Rodney Mack. After they released D'Lo, he took his spot with Teddy Long managing him instead and started the Back the Mack thing and then boom they released him. The first time Cryme Tyme got released, they were getting pushed, they were over and then boom, they get released.

This is true. Seems like WWE is into them this week, so we'll see how it goes. I think they're better together than they are apart, so hopefully they can do something here.

I don't think there is a need for one at this point. Last year there were decisions made based on the Network being in its infancy and some growing pains with that, but now that it is established and a consistent stream of revenue I don't think they have the need to make massive cuts again.
