Some things I enjoyed from tonight's show was Seth Rollins with his intense promo, Roman Reigns looking more comfortable on the mic, the Prime Time Players cleaning house and helping Ziggler defeat the New Day in the Six-Man Tag Match. Also loved Kevin Owens' promo about Super Cena as I agreed with everything he said. Cena's rebuttal was still kinda weak but I do understand his point. Ambrose got a huge ovation at the of Reigns' third match. Just wow. Nice ending.

Things I didn't like were the potential feud between Ryback vs Big Show for the IC Title. Neville vs Bo Dallas was fine but I feel like both guys are going nowhere. And just when I was trying to take the Bellas seriously as faces, they pulled out one of their heel tricks on Paige to get Nikki the win. I'm confused. The Sheamus/Orton match was not bad though so I am still enjoying this heel persona of Sheamus. Overall decent show.

You praise Roman Reigns for being comfortable, but to me he just seems like he's trying to force it even more now causing him to come off goofier than ever. I really want to like this guy but for me it's like the "better" he gets on the mic, the worse it gets.

Reason # 87523175412 that I hate the evil authority figure storyline...when you stack the odds against someone like they did with Reigns, the only thing it does is make his opponents look like crap. So now Bray even can't beat Reigns after he already wrestled two matches, suffered a post match attach, and The Authority tried interfering in the 3rd match. This guy is the new face of fear?

I actually thought/hoped Reigns would lose that match to Wyatt. Reigns doesn't need to win MITB at all.

As a matter of fact, neither does Orton. Or Sheamus. Or probably even Ziggler. Neville shouldn't win(would be WAY too early for a push like that) and Kofi is part of New Day(though it would be interesting to see MITB part of New Day, all 3 guys try to cash in at diff times lol).

So maybe the winner is someone who isn't even part of it yet...But how many people not part of it yet, could benefit alot from winning? And more importantly, should have that shot? Barrett/Wyatt lost to Reigns so I doubt they'll be in.

Reigns will prob win MITB even though he doesn't need it. And will cash in at Summerslam during the Lesnar-Rollins match.

They've done a horrible job of building anyone besides Reigns to be a viable threat to win the MITB. The only other guy on the roster I could buy would be Rusev if he was healthy. Since you can't get DQ'd, I really hope the entire New Day jump in and help Kofi all match

I don't know, usually the person who's built up the most isn't going to win MITHB, they usually use the shock factor in those matches, the way they've built up Reigns, he's going to win it naturally, not the cash in way.

I definitely see Reigns winning MITB and cashing in and winning during Lesnar vs Rollins whenever that match may be.

Was going to comment on this in the OT thread, but since you mentioned it here, I'll talk about it here.

I'm 100% of the opposite opinion. Don't get me wrong, PPVs are fun and exciting if for nothing else the talent gets more time to do their thing and we all win from that (usually). Do I like the idea of PPVs in such a short time frame? Sure, if the writing is done well. My problem with where we are at now is I feel EC was thrown together. I like how they are extending it into MITB, I just hated the way they setup EC.

I like things like, Ambrose beats Rollins in a singles match, sets up the Fatal Four way, then we get 2/3 more Main Event PPVs to settle the score in singles matches between the two guys.

I like the way the Nikki, Paige, Naomi feud was built with Paige being taken out, then returning then the triple threat. I don't like that we're a few weeks from MITB and Nikki has now knocked off both her top contenders. If they were going to bring up Charlotte/Banks for her MITB opponent it should have happened this week on RAW, not next week. I felt we needed a title change to either Naomi or Paige at EC to keep the rest of the Diva's credible, but I think that ship just sailed, especially after RAW tonight.

I don't like things like, Big Slow walks out (from time off after getting crushed in his last feud) 2/3 weeks before a PPV and magically creates a feud for no reason at all.

I don't like Ryback losing a filler feud with Bray Wyatt turning around and suddenly becoming IC champ. Don't get me wrong I actually like Ryback and think it's time he gets a shot with a belt, but the lead in couldn't have been worse.

I don't like taking a bunch of guys who have been dancing around the IC title/KOTR being thrown into MITB and expecting us to believe they actually have a shot at winning. They just got done feeding Neville to Barret for multiple PPVs, he's your next World Champ now? We all know Kofi is in the match to be a spot monkey so he's out of the equation...etc...etc...etc.

MITB is one of my favorite PPVs every year because the ladder match is my favorite match. I just feel the setup going into it this year feels all over the place and if Reigns doesn't win it, with the exception of gifting it to the upstart Neville, it's going to be a waste this year and I feel that is a result of the short cycled planning for it.

Thats fair. My perspective is I dont care about the womens division. I mean, even in the hey day of the Trish, Lita, Victoria, Molly, Ivory era, it always used to be a break to go do whatever I needed to do. Its always been meh to me. I agree, the MITB match has been booked bad but I cannot comment on that. Ryback's loss to Wyatt and selling the rib injury set him up good to win the IC title. I had no problem with Big Show coming out and challenging Ryback but they shouldve done it a different way. I like the way the Ambrose/Rollins feud is going.

Really? You didn't care bout divas division during the prime years? Divas division back then was better than IC/US title division over past several years lol.

Though I have no idea what could make divas division interesting again. Cause just having good matches won't be enough to attract people to the division would it? But also just having divas who have "the look" regardless of their in ring skills, doesn't mean as much either in todays WWE? Maybe they just need to have divas who are likeable, on and off screen?
