I don't see why he would lose it, unless it sets up Owens/Cesaro for the WWEWHC and Rollins/HHH, but that would only be if Cena isn't able to compete, which means Cena would come back and probably beat Rollins and then insert himself in the Owens/Cesaro championship feud.
