They prob teamed barrett and sheamus cause of then being European. No other reason. Maybe we can get international war going. MexAmerica vs Euro. Maybe even team up Owens-Zayn for a short bit as part of Team Canada,with that ending with Owens turning on Zayn,starting up their main roster rivalry.

My little brother(13) often ask me alt of questions about what the attitude era was like to watch.

For the first time ever I watched this raw with my little brother and at the end I was able to turn to him and say "that is what attitude era raw was like but ya know pretty much every week."

2weeks into booking the show like a "wrestling show" and I got that feeling that everyone got over(except ziggler) had their spots, got their stories advanced, surprises abound that left me wondering what is next. Plus the wrestling was actually the focal point and good Raw booked like a PPV or something LOL

I don't really get the Mexamerica storyline yet. Clearly Zeb and Alberto are the faces in it right? Because otherwise we need an American hero who says "**** you Mexicans, this is only for 'Murica".

Really liked the Rollins recruiting Owens segment as it sets up the possibility for a feud down the line. Was thinking they were gonna do multiple of those, but oh well.

But it doesn't make sense. How are the people bringing everyone together the heels? I get that this is an evil foreigners storyline like all the other ones we've had (and haven't been relevant since 1980), but are we really supposed to boo the guys that try to bring peace?

Because he's going to be in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Half Shell, and will cash in sometime near the release of the movie so that they can brag that the WWE Champion is in the movie and horn in on some of the publicity.

(Note: the film releases on June 3, 2016. Money in the Bank 2016 will be in mid-to-late June. I'm kind of joking, but it is actually plausible.)



It's for the same reason that Jeff Hardy (drug addict) was the face in a storyline with CM Punk (anti-drugs): because they said so.

These type of storylines like the hardy/punk one is WWE's specialty if you will, give it time you will love it.

Smackdown this past week they had a 4 way Tag Match between Lucha, 3D, Euros and Ascension. After the Luchas won they ran the unicorns off from the announce table. After the match this week they motioned for the titles after beating the Euros again.

I guess technically they haven't come out and said it was a #1 contenders match, but I honestly don't recall Smackdown well enough to be positive if it was said during the match or not. Might have been something along the lines of "this should make them #1 contenders".


RE Sheamus winning MITB, it's not like we haven't seen MITB winner become completely irrelevant for months before cashing in. They pretty much have always done this where they drop the briefcase on a guy then don't know how to get him to the payoff until just before it happens.

That's a big problem with WWE. Sheamus wins MITB, and like many before him,he becomes almost a joke afterwards. Ya, nice way to build someone who'll be world champ within the next year.

Barrett wins KOTR, and he's also made out to be a joke.

What pride WWE must take in just ruining people for no reason at all.
