I really like what they're doing with the tag titles. If they're only going to have one tag team storyline per ppv, I'd rather the titles not be defended every month and give the other teams a chance to establish themselves instead of one team randomly getting a title shot every month. This is what they need to start doing with the women

Only thing that blows is this is the second ppv in a row without a defense.

They haven't had any legit contenders until now. League of Booty didn't deserve it at Mania, beat New Day, championship match the next night. Now we have a number one contenders tournament that has been pretty solid.

I'm not disagreeing with this. Just saying it blows for them to not get defended. The fact that they haven't built anyone is the part that blows.

They defended them on Raw last month, and now will have contenders. I am totally cool with what's going on, a title does not need to be defended every PPV, they just need to keep it relevant with a number one contenders match or mixing the person(s) that hold the titles onto a storyline that doesn't need the belt(s).

Again I wasn't disagreeing. And I don't think they need to be defended at every Ppv. But mania? And now the very next one? Doesn't make sense to me.

Must not understand your problem then. Mania they didn't have anyone to defend against, sure they could have against League, but they weren't credible. They lose to League and defend the titles the next night. So there's that. Again going into the next PPV, they don't have contenders so WWE is doing the tournament. If they don't defend them at the next PPV then we have a problem. WWE didn't do a good job heading into Mania, but are redeeming themselves now.

Rollins was and will be the top heel on the roster when he returns and could easily be the top face completely solo.

I'll take him as a face, if just for the fact that since he went down to injury people have been severely exaggerating how good he was as a heel. In-skills are there, but man his heel mic skills were brutal. Jericho is miles better, and he's just midcard at this point.

I agree about the Shield reunion though. Been apart for less than two years. No reason to put them back together, especially with the idea that Reigns is being protected as the top guy.

all story line before rollins left was hunter and steph turning on him, he will return to a huge pop, and be top baby face, his move set screams baby face. If he returns as heel, that is just terrible booking. Face rollins vs whatever reigns is will be a huge summerslam main event.

You better hope Reigns turns heel if you want Rollins as a face. All three SHIELD members can't be faces with no credible heels on the roster now (logical booking). I don't see Dean turning any time soon, though Dean turning heel could be refreshing because he could actually pull it off.

I agree about the booking holding him back. I'm all for heels cheating behind the refs back to win, but the way that every match of his for the first few months of his reign was a 4 on 1 handicap match with Kane and J&J interfering whenever they was just stupid. Stack the odds against the heel champ and have him weasel his way out with the title, don't stack the odds against the babyface and then have the heel win anyway
