That was a good match to end the show. And I think Reigns and Wyatt would be a cool tag team to see.

        Re: Raw is Shane 4/11

This week's RAW was a little underwhelming. Opening match between Owens/Cesaro was decent and I don't mind Cesaro winning. I think Owens needs to finish his feud with Sami Zayn. The matches for the Tag Team #1 Contender Tournament were okay. They got the job done. Glad to see Luke, I mean Doc Gallows back as it looks like him and Karl Anderson will feud with the Usos. Meanwhile you got Enzo and Cass possibly feuding with the Dudleyz. I'm down with that. So much tag teams. Where's Teddy Long at darn it?

Charlotte/Natayla had a lengthy match. I didn't like the finish though but I get what they are aiming for. Another lengthy match was Styles/Zayn and it was a good one. Just sucked that one of them had to lose. The Jericho/Ambrose promo was good because of how much Jericho has been killing it since turning heel. Looks like Ambrose is always going to be portrayed as a jokester though. Very odd to see Bray Wyatt and Reigns tag team but Bray was awesome in the tag team main event match. The fans continue to boo Reigns and I really don't know if I can take the Wyatts as a face group. But whatever.

You say most of the segments were Good but say it was underwhelming. Not sure I feel that. This Raw was better than night after Mania for sure.

My streak has ended with not watching Raw/Smackdown last night. Went almost 6 months without watching it. Finally a Raw worth watching. Loving the opening and a bunch of good matches tonight. Hopefully this will continue.

I do like a lot so I hope he finds something the audience can latch onto. Has all the physical gifts you can ask for in a sports entertainer. I'd hate to see that go to waste because of s boring character the fans don't care about.

Despite it being Reigns and the League of Nations, I kinda liked that ending to the match. Face Bray is awesome.

Yeah, the days of a bland babyface getting over just because have been gone since the mid-90s.

Underwhelming because of crowd response and not much holy **** moments I guess. Lol. It was still a decent show. I would rate it near par with last week's show. Sorry for the confusion.

                          Re: Raw is Shane 4/11

I can't agree with that. Last night was one of the better Raws top to bottom in a few years.

Hell it was awesome starting with the very first segment. I don't know anyone who enjoys the boring *** authority promos. But Shane's promo is exactly what a gm/authority figure should do to start the show. Their promo should be setting up the card for the show and putting over the talent, not themselves like Hunter, Steph, and Vince all do.

There were three really good matches: AJ/Sami, Cesaro/Kev, Charlotte/Nattie. My only complaint with any of those was the heat that went on the ref at the end of the women's match for seeing the tap out but still calling DQ. I was more upset with that than the actual ending. Even Dr. Phil wasn't half bad in these segments.

We had titles being made meaningful with Cesaro/Owens being a #1 contenders match instead of the automatic rematch. And even though most of the tag teams suck, a tournament to crown #1 contenders worked out nicely.

Which then leads to our debut of Gallows and Gun. It completely came out of left field and I love how they did it. They looked strong, hopefully end up taking the Usos spot in the tournament next week. I really don't mind them coming in with no association yet with Balor or Styles, which is probably because I like them as a team from watching them in NJPW. I think they should take the titles off of New Day at Payback or Backlash, and then line up with Balor or Styles. Balor not being his trolly self on Twitter today makes me think he's going to be the one. I'd be cool with Bulletproof Biz Cliz screwing over AJ in his title match and setting up AJ vs Finn going forward, that'd be one hell of a feud.

Crews looked good, but needs to drop his 'happy to be here' gimmick. Enzo proved again he's the best on the mic in the company.

Lastly, the main event wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I hate Reigns, and I hate the League of Nations (minus GOAT Rusev) but that match wasn't bad. Face Bray is incredible. And the ending was very well done.

Overall, the best beginning to end Raw in quite some time.

If Crews could develop the intensity of Ahmed Johnson, he'd be a main event player. He's already got everything else for the most part. I mean his mic skills aren't great but Ahmed's were terrible but it didn't matter because he was 100x more intense than anyone else on the roster save for The Ultimate Warrior.

Intensity is pretty innate though but he needs to just have a neutral or intense demeanor, not this smiley ****.

That was a great line but I don't think it tops "I'll put the lazy eye back to work" from last week. I was dying after he said that.
