It's absolutley amazing how every year they sell out 80,000+ at these football stadiums, tickets go on sale a few months in advance and we don't know what the card is but damn it we will take out a second mortgage if it meant going to Mania.
WM21 and 22 should've been stadium shows too. 17-19 were nice, but like mentioned, 23 is what kicked off WM being a full time stadium show. WM24 is the one which made WM stages being a spectacle in it's own right.

I don't think people thought the hair vs hair match would end differently, they probably didn't think Vince would actually shave his head. And people wondering if his hair was even real.

I remember in school we had a project in English class where we has to write our own newspaper. I got the sports and entertainment section for my groups newspaper. I took that chance to do a full on write up about that whole feud. Safe to say, name dropping a celeb did help, and that mockup they did on Raw about what they'd look like bald was a perfect eye catching image for it.

Stephanie McMahon is probably the only other person I'd say it's debatable between, unless I'm missing some real obvious name here.

I thought AJ was pretty good. Early 2000s Steph would be my favorite, but she’s become a pretty rotten promo ever since she was in the authority. It seems like she’s just trying to be her dad

AJ was def good. Becky is good. Billie Kay is fantastic. Paige was decent. Steph was amazing so I could see that argument. But yeah unless there’s someone obvious I’m missing, as far as full time Superstars go I don’t see anyone better than Alexa and honestly she’s right there with Stephanie.

He said best ever though, not just current roster.

                  I was thinking Stephanie, yeah.

She was awkward at first, but once she got comfortable after the heel turn that was it. She sounds natural, she’s great at inflecting and pausing for emphasis, great at playing off a crowd, etc. For all the **** we could give her about how the character is portrayed, she’s better on the mic than any other woman they’ve had (though maybe that’s because women didn’t really get too many actual promos until somewhat recently, I don’t know)

Not saying everyone else is crap, but if you say best female ever I think it begins and ends with Steph.

I know. Which is why i listed some older talent. There’s no one from the attitude/RA era that I think holds a candle to Alexa except Stephanie and you could argue she doesn’t count since she wasn’t really an in ring talent. So unless I’m missing someone from the 80’s/earlier I think you could say Alexa is the best female wrestler of all time on the Mic

April 17th, 2000, Monday Night Raw. Chris Jericho vs Triple H for the WWF Championship. Jericho defeats Hunter after Earl Hebner's fast count and became the new Champion. The decision was later reversed.

The pop at home was just as loud as the pop in the arena when Hebner hit the 3 count.

You just don't see crowds reactions like that anymore. People losing their minds.

I was randomly thinking of this moment, looked up when it happened, and realized it was 10 years ago today!

The video package they put out recapping this one moment is one of my fave "raw rebound" packages ever.

2011 was about CM Punk, but R-Truth is a close 2nd. He was so good once he turned heel. Birth of little jimmy was great.

21 years ago today... the greatest WCW Champion of all time won his first and only WCW Championship.
